In this episode of Profiles in Risk, I spoke with Meg McKeen founder of Adjunct Advisors. Meg has taken her expertise in insurance and underwriting and taken a hands-on approach to training producers, agency owners and agency staff. The thing I most appreciate with a hands-on approach is the ability to role play situations and scenarios. You can learn to sell (or manage customer expectations) by reading books.
