J’ai pratiqué le Rugby à XIII pendant 20 ans. Après des études en STAPS à Montpellier je me suis orienté vers la profession de préparateur physique. J’ai d’abord exercé avec le club de Montpellier XIII pendant 4 saisons, je travaillais en parallèle dans une salle de sport en tant que responsable du plateau musculation. J’ai ensuite travaillé avec les Dragons Catalans pendant 4 saisons, pendant cette période j’ai aussi eu la chance d’être le préparateur physique de l’équipe de France de Rugby à XIII lors de la Coupe du Monde 2013. J’entame ma 4ème saison avec l’Union Bordeaux Bègles. J’ai travaillé pendant 3 ans avec mon ami Keegan Smith pour son entreprise Real Movement Project.
