Pete leads the team of around 40 coaches and practitioners within the Hintsa Sports Business. His background is as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Head of Performance with professional and Olympic athletes for nearly 2 decades. During his career, Pete has worked with Formula 1 drivers, alpine skiers in France, track & field athletes, rowers, swimmers, cricketers and footballers across Europe, as well as athletes in India and other parts of Asia, just to name a few.
Pete’s educational background is in Physics and Sports Science, with a research focus in the physiological and psychological characteristics of motorsports drivers.

Bertrand Saugy a pratiqué de nombreuses disciplines sportives comme le karaté et le full contact, l’escalade, la course à pied mais aussi des sports de forces comme le crossfit, l’haltérophilie, le strongman et le powerlifting. Cela fait plus de 26 ans qu’il s’exerce au quotidien afin de mieux comprendre la biomécanique du corps humain et la maitriser davantage. Préparateur physique depuis plus de 15 ans, Bertrand a enseigné dans des nombreux clubs de sports, à l’armée chez les forces spéciales, en zone carcéral mais aussi pour les sportifs de hauts niveaux. Il continue régulièrement à suivre des formations continues dans divers domaine dont actuellement en neuro-performance afin de pouvoir augmenter son spectre d’activités pour les personnes en rééducation, douleurs chroniques, problèmes moteurs, manque d’équilibre, etc. Il pratique et suis des formations en méditation afin de pouvoir comprendre l’importance du moment présent lors des activités quotidiennes et pouvoir transmettre ce savoir à autrui. Sa méthode consiste à s’adapter aux clients et leurs objectifs afin de pouvoir fournir des conseils et exercices adaptés pour atteindre ceux-ci.

Ruben Valero, 25ans. Heacoach et créateur de Excuse My french training, ainsi que coach à CF Catsèu dans les bouches du rhône (France).
J'ai commencé le CF en 2015 lorsque je suis allé à Montpellier commencer ma licence en STAPS entraînement sportif, c'est la bas que j'ai obtenu mon diplôme mais aussi mes brevets fédéraux de moniteur haltérophilie et force athlétique. J'ai par la suite passé mon level 1 et je suis ensuite parti travailler au Canada dans une box de CrossFit (à Calgary en Alberta).
J'ai commencé à développer Excuse My French lors de mon retour en France, car je voulais créer une organisation pas seulement pour créer une programmation standard mais aussi pour s'occuper des gens avec un service de coaching à distance (un service peu développé en Europe comparé à ce qu'il se fait Outre-Atlantique), mais aussi pour essayer, à ma petite échelle, de professionnaliser le monde du coaching en France comme il l'est au Canada ou aux Etats Unis.
