Bertrand Saugy, Motivation, Jouer, L’Ego, Haut Niveau, Récupération || Episode #128 [FR]

INVITÉ: Bertrand Saugy a pratiqué de nombreuses disciplines sportives comme le karaté et le full contact, l’escalade, la course à pied mais aussi des sports de forces comme le crossfit, l’haltérophilie, le strongman et le powerlifting. INVITÉ: Je m'appelle Gaëtan Hirsch, suis le dernier d'une famille de 4 enfants. Mon monde a toujours tourné autour du sport. Des sports variés où je voulais toujours faire aussi bien que mon grand frère Sylvain. Passé par 7ans de foot, je suis revenu au rugby à 15ans et ai joué pour l'équipe de Suisse à 18. Sportivement, j'ai 24 sélections avec la Nati, 3 tournois d'Europe avec Suisse 7's, 2 championnat LNA et 5 ou 6 coupes de Suisse. J'ai coaché des jeunes pendant 5ans et ai été responsable médical de GEPLO durant 2ans.  Parallèlement, j'ai fait toutes mes classes à Carouge (GE) et ai entamé mes études de physio après un break en Australie. Diplômé en 2019, je suis depuis très investi dans mon métier qui est aussi ma passion. Je fais partie des associations de physio Genève (assoc cantonale et nationale des physio), Sportfisio Swiss (assoc des physios du sport suisse) et du Réseau Romand de la Médecine du Sport et de l’Exercice.  Je travaille à mi-temps en cabinet de ville et à mi-temps comme assistant d'enseignement à la Haute Ecole de Santé de Genève (en physio évidemment). Depuis mars 2020, je vulgarise la physio sur Instagram et depuis décembre sur Youtube, TikTok et Facebook. Passionné d'entraînement et de prepa physique depuis mon adolescence je pousse la porte d’une salle à mes 18 ans pour faire ma prépa physique judo et remplir ma caté de poids.  Très vite je me prends au jeu des charges lourdes et j’ai à cœur de les faire progresser toujours plus loin.  Au cours de mon cursus staps(science du sport en france) j’ai pu toucher notament à l'haltérophilie et à l'athlétisme qui ont étoffé ma vision de la prépa physique.  Aux alentours de 2011 je commence à m'intéresser au développement du crossfit que je trouve passionnant. À l'ouverture de la box de crossfit de Limoges, je me suis tout de suite mis en relation avec Ludovic Bois (owner) pour pouvoir m'entraîner dans sa salle, et j’ai fait la rencontre de jocelyn chaney quelques années plus tard à son embauche.  Même si je n’ai que peu pratiqué le CF (quelques WOD et une participation aux open de 2015) j’ai toujours beaucoup aimé ce sport et tout ce qu’il a apporté au monde du fitness.  J’ai pris ma première licence dans un club d’haltero/force en 2014 et j’ai participé à mon premier championnat de france de power en 2015.  Après quelques années à pratiquer conjointement la force, l'haltéro (115-145 en compet et 155 epaulé à la salle) et le strongman (championnat de france en 2016) je me suis dédié totalement à la force au cours de l’année 2017 pour devenir plus compétitif et atteindre mes objectifs.  J’interviens à la box de crossfit depuis 2016 sur des créneaux spécifiques powerlifting/strongman ,et je pratique le coaching en ligne depuis plusieurs années maintenant. En powerlifting essentiellement mais aussi sur des progs individualisés haltero ou hybride strength. j’ai eu l’occasion de bosser avec des gens d’horizons très diverses et notamment des crossfiteurs.  En 2019 je suis devenu champion de France de powerlifting en -93 avec un total à 735 (sqt 260/bench 187,5/dl 287,5) dans la fédération officiel avec test antidopage.  Après une saison 2020 rythmée par les blessures et le covid(annulation des championnats de France) j'espère conserver mon titre en 2021.
