Dr. Jason Sala and Dr. Todd Sala were born and raised in Reno and are 4th generation Nevadans. Dr. Jason joined his father’s practice in 2003 and welcomed his brother, Dr. Todd, in 2004. They both received bachelor’s degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville, the school where their father, grandfather, and great-grandfather all graduated from as well.  Both are active members of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Nevada Dental Association, the Northern Nevada Dental Society, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Less than one percent of dentists in the United States have received these distinctions. Dr. Bidra is a Board Certified Maxillofacial Prosthodontist and Director of the Prosthodontics Residency Program at UCONN School of Dental Medicine. He teaches Advanced Prosthodontics, Implant Surgery and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics to post-graduate dental residents. He lectures on dental implants at regional, national and international meetings, as well as published extensively on implant surgery and prosthodontics in international scientific journals. Jayne began her career as a Primary School (Elementary) Teacher. Eventually Jayne’s love of people, communication and teaching lead her to start working as a concierge at her husband’s Dental Office then later to become his Practice Manager. She is now a Consultant and Trainer for other Dentists and their teams. Dr. Maria Meliton is a board certified pediatric dentist in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Richard was born in Dublin in the 7Os, not far from where he practices now. He grew up in the inner city and his journey and career in dentistry has travelled a million miles over the years. He graduated dental training in 1995, spent a period of time in hospital training in the UK, then returned to private practice. Never satisfied, he decided to make the biggest decision of his life and return to college as a mature student, while running a busy practice at the same time. His full-time three year post graduate periodontal training in the dental hospital in periodontology was completed in 2010. His particular research during that time focused on nano-surface implant technology and bone augmentation materials, funded by 3I Biomet Zimmer, the US company based in Florida .   He now holds a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry (Periodontology) and a diploma from the European Federation of Periodontology and established the Mint Clinic in 2012 where his practice is limited to periodontology and dental implantology. He is a lecturer, mentor and advisor to many companies.
