Daryl Roy: After a career in the US Army and Commercial Nuclear Operations, Daryl founded 3D Media, a tech company bringing augmented reality and virtual reality to military and industrial worlds for knowledge retention, increased safety, and effective training. Daryl is married and has 3 children.
Randy Bach: Randy claims to be “just a small town kid from the Appalachian Mountains of Northeast Tennessee” but he has grown into an amazing man… a solid husband, father, grandfather, veteran, military/veteran spouse and military retiree who never stopped dreaming. Randy feels truly blessed beyond anything he could have ever imagined, from being given a chance to enter the world’s greatest Air Force on a moral character waiver and then going on to achieving the rank of E-9 (Chief Master Sergeant) to finding and marrying his amazing wife and raising 2 daughters and now being blessed with 3 grandkids.

Jon and Will sit down with Josh Duntz to talk all things Cold Immersion. Josh spent 10 years in Navy EOD community before transitioning into the startup world. He is the cofounder of Stasis - a holistic health education and training platform and recently joined the partnership team at Shift - a career advancement company for military members past and present. Dr. Theresa Larson (aka “Dr. T”) has become one of the healthcare and fitness world’s most sought after experts on movement health. Dr. Larson earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Saint Augustine in San Diego, CA. A former Marine Corps Engineer Officer and Combat Veteran, Theresa also played professional softball in Italy as well as semi-professional softball in the United States, was an All- American Division I softball player at Villanova University, as well as a former Body-for-Life Champion.
That all said, much like Will is family to me, so is Theresa… she’s a Woman on a mission, living life in the NOW, mother of 2 beautiful boys, wife to Per, adventurer, and someone who loves space and quiet.
