I loved the breakdown of these posts and thought it would be an awesome opportunity to bring an actual sports coach onto the podcast to talk about how he thinks and goes about training. Today we talked about the speed advantage, why it’s important for your players to enjoy practice and how he goes about breaking down the technical aspects of the game.
