This quote leads us into our guest Kibwe Johnson. Kibwe is an Olympian, a Throws Coach at the IMG academy and hosts the FORTIUS podcast. I first found Kibwe when I was a hammer thrower myself and his un-traditonal approach to movement, coaching and life is something I’ve always loved and I’m really excited to have him on.
