Coach Ryland is USA Football’s Senior Manger of Education and Training, a former Division one Football Player and was a member of the US Mens Rugby Team. I first heard of Coach Ryland on a seminar he gave about Grappling and how we can use it in sport. I have been a big fan of his message and training philosophies ever since and he does an amazing job of “Keeping the Goal the Goal”.
