#260 Lyft - Dan Trigub - Lyft & Healthcare

Lyft - Dan Trigub - Lyft & Healthcare The Not Old Better Show Business Buildout, Interview Series As part of our Business Buildout interview series, we're joined today with Dan Trigub. Dan Trigub leads healthcare partnerships on the west coast for Lyft with a focus on Elder Mobility and finding new and innovative solutions to leverage the Lyft platform for our aging population. Before Lyft, Dan spent time working in Business Development at eBay and previous to that founded several companies including OpenPlacement which is a care coordination platform allowing hospital professionals to connect with post-acute care providers such as senior communities for their patients at the moment of discharge. I first met Dan Trigub at the Boomer Venture Summit and just thought at the time, what a great guest he'd be for The Not Old Better Show audience, given Dan's deep healthcare background, and Dan Trigub's personal and professional reasons for doing the work he does. #257 John McEnroe - In the Realm of Perfection

John McEnroe - In the Realm of Perfection The Not Old Better Show, Movies for Adults This is US OPEN finals weekend, and I'm loving it all. You've got the new Arthur Ashe biography out, on the heels of the 50th anniversary of Ashe's becoming first African-American man to win the U.S. Open, the Borg McEnroe movie, about McEnroe's life, and the new documentary, In the Realm of Perfection, about, of course, John McEnroe. The Not Old Better Show audience will recall "Superbrat" the one time World's #1 player, whose brash, explosive on court emotionality was so intense that we have "you cannot be serious" etched into all tennis minds! The new film, a documentary, again, "In the Realm of Perfection," by French filmmaker Gil de Kermadec, is wonderful, in a kind of meditative way. Slow motion, 17 cameras, all angles, plus some great McEnroe rants all tie together to show how truly great a player McEnroe was. McEnroe's movements are like nothing else you'll see, and you get the sense that McEnroe used his tennis skills and tennis smarts to control the game in an unusual, never seen before manner.
