Trevor Beaulieu of the Champagne Sharks podcast joins Teen and Jess for a deep dive into the Asian American rom-com "Always Be My Maybe" (available on Netflix). While met with widespread acclaim and an easy-to-love throwback sensibility, a closer look into this un-serious entertainment raises a lot of questions. "Always" takes the baton from "Crazy Rich Asians" in developing an American genre narrative of contemporary Asian Americans.
