Neuroplasticity Procrastination awareness I am not perfect but have been more aware of procrastination I practice small habits such as brushing my teeth immediate I get out of bed and then jumping into a cold shower Happiness is not a destination It is a state of mind. Do not compromise your happiness for anyone. Radiate happiness to seed and grow happiness Find shortcuts but not silver bullets Yes strive to be lazy but finding and using shortcuts. Apps, strategies, automation and outsourcing. Keep it white-hat • grey hat at an extreme. But do not believe or be sold silver bullet solutions. Create backup systems for members of staff I had a fear of losing a member of staff. He eventually left at the most critical point in time   Some business relationships go way beyond price.
