He has some awesome interventions for those looking to solve their postural deficits. We talk for 2 hours on this one and dive deep into postural issues, why they occur, psychology and emotional effects on the body, and being responsible for your health program. . He’s fixing more than a little rounded shoulders or forward head. The guy has some super awesome results on his page. His outlook is a breath of fresh air to a topic that is a bit oversaturated and bastardized in the health and wellness industry. Vinny and I talk for a little over two hours about... 1) His introduction to posture therapy after breaking his back and how he fixed his own dysfunctions 2) Emotional/mental state in relation to movement and pain 3) Responsibility of the individual and commitment to health and movement 4) Evidence-based research and subjectivity 5) Holistic/global approach to movement and posture correction 6) Abdominal bracing and gripping 7) And so much more! Though Vinny and I have different training and education when it comes to posture, we found a ton of similarities in how we view the human body.
