#97 8 things I value spending time on

As I grow and mature, these may change and/or be developed upon Here are 8 ideas I wish to share 1. Make decisions from love, abundance and curiosity and not fear/hate 2. Use other people's ideas to expand on and challenge your own but don't follow blindly. 3. Critically think. The burden of proof is on the person offering you unsolicited advice. 4. Learn rather than wish for. 5. Understand whether desire would enhance your life or whether it's just another way to remain unhappy 6. Self-educate 7. Define a clear set of core values for yourself 8. Seek happiness always, even if you think you cannot find it.

#87 Ego vs Eager to help

Very quick episode in which I share my thoughts on the difference between wanting to "be right" from a place of ego versus actually being eager to help people and be happy to accept truth, even if it proves your current viewpoints to be incorrect. Whether you are a trainer or have one, I believe this is something to be on the lookout for. The main difference between people who strive to help others versus people who need to come across as the smartest is ego
