EP 39 - Startups: Delibr with Nils Janse
The startup series continues this week with founders building products for Product Managers, and this time Matt and Moshe are joined by Nils Janes, Founder at Delibr and author of "Epic Alignment". Delibr’s mission is to “Ship more product value, a new level of clarity and flow”. The way they achieve that is by including the PRD, story map, decisions, and Jira issues in one epic document. In the episode, Nils told us how he saw the chaos that exists for product teams in arranging all epic decisions together, and came in to solve this problem. He interviews hundreds of product managers to find out how they work and what would help them. From that came out the book, Epic Alignment, which also shaped Delibr to where it is today.
