Alex Lehmann
Life as a man can be tough.
We're flooded with messages on who to be & how to act, all while we carry the weight to lead, provide & perform.
We do what works on the surface, but often lose touch with the man within.
Eventually, these ways backfire: Partners lose trust. Intimacy fades. Relationships break down. Performance suffers.
Heart of Man is for the man ready to go deeper—to walk the integrated path, reclaim who he is at his core & discover what it means to live embodied in leadership, love & life.
Join Alex in raw conversations with world-class leaders, exploring the modern man's path.

Pete Byrne: Claiming Your Unique Truth & Inner Artist | EP 3
Pete Byrne is a musician, breathwork facilitator and mindset coach that helps high-level entrepreneurs build lives of sustainable happiness and fulfillment.
He is not only a remarkable artist and facilitator but he's also the host of the „Alive and Aligned Podcast“ – a show dedicated to inspiring others to live authentically and in alignment with their own truth
From an early age, Pete discovered his passion for facilitating transformative experiences, initially channeling this through becoming a musician. This brought him down a path of traveling across the world to offer his voice through life performances and shows.
As health challenges began to emerge caused by the lifestyle of being a full-time musician, Pete was driven to point where he needed to assess a more sustainable way of living that didn't ask him to live at the cost of his own connection & vitality.
This led him down a path of exploring various different healing modalities in order to find deeper regulation within himself – eventually being introduced to „ Conscious Connected Breathwork“, which took him down a journey of becoming a facilitator himself. He began to explore how he was able to use his previous skills to now facilitate transformative change combining breathwork, coaching & music.
Pete and I connected early on in my own journey in Bali, and he has become a dear friend in the process, who has as well deeply supported me through my own personal challenges. With the launching of this Podcast, I knew we had to come together for a conversation so he can share his personal journey, experiences and wisdom. With a wide array of lessons & insights he learned along the way, I am sure this will be incredibly valuable for all you, listeners.
In this episode, we go into:
Pete's personal journey of being a successful musician, discovering breathwork & stepping into the role of an „Artist“
Embracing our so-called „shadows“ & exploring the aspects of us that we have been taught to believe are unacceptable
Seeing life as a container & learning to work with our triggers vs. fighting them
Stepping beyond the nice guy persona & connecting to a more empowered version of ourselves
The importance of embodiment and why mindset alone isn't enough
Creating „Conscious“ the musical, claiming one's own unique voice and moving past old limiting beliefs
Using music and comedy as a tool for transformation to help others

Edward Dangerfield: Coming Into Relationship With Life | EP 2
How we breathe is how we think...
It was this very sentence that was shared with me on the first ever breathwork circle I was a part of and it was this journey that forever changed the course of my life.
And with these words I'd like to welcome our next guest on the Podast: Edward Dangerfield
Edward is a nervous system specialist, teacher and the visionary founder of the Facilitated Breath Repatterning Technique (FBR) and Breathwork Bali.
Edward's journey of transformation began after surviving a near-death experience, where he found himself caught in an avalanche.
This event left him grappling with the aftermath of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) bringing him down a journey of seeking the tools and practices that can help him heal and regulate his nervous system.
On his path of exploring various healing modalities, he was eventually introduced to the power of „Conscious Connected Breathwork“ and he never looked back.
With a deep commitment of supporting others, he has since dedicated himself to helping individuals feel at home within their bodies by claiming the power of their own breath.
My intention with this conversation, was to go beyond the realm of breathwork to discuss Edward's life and perspectives outside of his work. I was especially interested in going to depth on the topic of relationship with the intention to expand beyond the limited perspectives we may have been conditioned into. And one of the core messages that we seem to have constantly came back to was the importance of being in relationship to everything & having a balance between relating to ourselves and a wider community.
Having personally undergone Edward's 400-hour Facilitator training and forming a deep friendship with him over the last years, I am incredibly excited to share this conversation with you. Edward's wisdom and insights have profoundly impacted my life, and I have no doubt that they will touch yours as well.
In this episode, Edward and I explore:
Ed's personal journey of surviving a near-death experience being trapped in an avalanche which initiated him on a journey of healing
The value of break-down moments and how they can help us find a path of deeper alignment & authenticity.
Expanding the understanding of relationships and cultivating a deeper connection with life itself
The lessons he learned being immersed in the Native American traditions and the wisdom passed on by the elders
Embracing a life of steadiness, balance and continuously seeking to find the middle way
How to relate romantically through healthy interdepence, learning how to meet our needs alongside our partners vs. through them
and how his journey of becoming a father has shaped him and what his son Onyx has taught him
