Pete Byrne: Claiming Your Unique Truth & Inner Artist | EP 3
Pete Byrne is a musician, breathwork facilitator and mindset coach that helps high-level entrepreneurs build lives of sustainable happiness and fulfillment.
He is not only a remarkable artist and facilitator but he's also the host of the „Alive and Aligned Podcast“ – a show dedicated to inspiring others to live authentically and in alignment with their own truth
From an early age, Pete discovered his passion for facilitating transformative experiences, initially channeling this through becoming a musician. This brought him down a path of traveling across the world to offer his voice through life performances and shows.
As health challenges began to emerge caused by the lifestyle of being a full-time musician, Pete was driven to point where he needed to assess a more sustainable way of living that didn't ask him to live at the cost of his own connection & vitality.
This led him down a path of exploring various different healing modalities in order to find deeper regulation within himself – eventually being introduced to „ Conscious Connected Breathwork“, which took him down a journey of becoming a facilitator himself. He began to explore how he was able to use his previous skills to now facilitate transformative change combining breathwork, coaching & music.
Pete and I connected early on in my own journey in Bali, and he has become a dear friend in the process, who has as well deeply supported me through my own personal challenges. With the launching of this Podcast, I knew we had to come together for a conversation so he can share his personal journey, experiences and wisdom. With a wide array of lessons & insights he learned along the way, I am sure this will be incredibly valuable for all you, listeners.
In this episode, we go into:
- Pete's personal journey of being a successful musician, discovering breathwork & stepping into the role of an „Artist“
- Embracing our so-called „shadows“ & exploring the aspects of us that we have been taught to believe are unacceptable
- Seeing life as a container & learning to work with our triggers vs. fighting them
- Stepping beyond the nice guy persona & connecting to a more empowered version of ourselves
- The importance of embodiment and why mindset alone isn't enough
- Creating „Conscious“ the musical, claiming one's own unique voice and moving past old limiting beliefs
- Using music and comedy as a tool for transformation to help others
