Jord Cuiper is a Self-leadership Coach., with over 10 years of experience in the fields of entrepreneurship and coaching.
With over six years of experience coaching more than 400 entrepreneurs and business leaders, Jord specializes in helping individuals uncover the blind spots that they can't see themselves. In the process he helps them to take ownership and integrate these parts, so they can step out of self-sabotage and become more self-led in the process.
On this podcast, we explored Jord's extensive journey, from his earlier days as a competitive athlete to his role as a founder of a thriving start-up company. This path eventually brought him to a near-fatal breakdown through emerging health challenges leading him to be be hospitalized. In hindsight, he described his experience with these words „My unconscious parts were forcing me to abandon myself in the pursuit of success.“
Through Jord's personal story, we take an in-depth look into the roles and motivators that often govern so many of our actions. Together, we move into a discussion of how we can bring awareness to the sub & unconscious programs that may be guiding us and from there, we embark on an exploration of how we can move into deeper alignment with our own values & needs.
Having spoken with Jord, I see that at the core of his approach, lies a commitment to having an honest look into what's keeping us stuck, taking ownership of that and learning how to live a more integrated life that's connected to our own intrinsic values, integrity and authenticity.
