Bathing in the Space between Cancer & Leo
In this episode, I talk about de-programming from urgency, embracing imperfection, ancestral healing, cording with other people to seek validation, noticing your inner child, growing your sunlight, dilating the present moment in order to enhance creativity, and disrupting into your truth. Lots of nuggets here to soothe and inspire. Much to cover with the churning of the times! I give a tarot reading as well as discuss the vibes of the Full Moon Aquarius. Thank you for listening. The Energy Has to Go Somewhere
I need to speak with you about the planet Mars, and I've got horoscopes. Herein, I propose that now is the opportune time for a kind of sacred pause to reassess, re-align, and receive insight. It's a time to return home to yourself for a little while to understand all that you've been learning and get intimate with how you're changing as the world changes around you. Let me propose to you that we're in a threshold space to prepare the way for a future that would like you to become more approachable. And Mars is now the teacher who wants to dominate the style of this invitation. The first part of this episode presents the nature of the energies of the year, with special focus on the remainder of 2020. The second 1.5 hours offers a horoscope (time-reading) for each sign. Please focus on your rising sign first, sun sign second. These horoscopes are meant to be invitations to help you work with the energies most skillfully. Like any horoscope, these present only a partial view of the whole because we're not accounting for all of your planets and key points. However, I do believe in the value of horoscopes, and it felt like a supported time to offer them. In the last 5-10 minutes, I close with a tarot reading for all of us. It's beautiful. Thank you, tarot! To learn more about work, follow my on IG at @brittenlarue. A Geyser in the Heart
I go pretty full-on mystic in this episode. What I sought to do was bring what I had been intellectually inspired to consider - the liminal space between Taurus & Gemini, between our values and our choices, between the healing speech of The Hierophant and the reaching hands of The Lovers - and connect these to what I've been working on intuitively healing from a past life that is strong in this one. All will be revealed and defined within the episode. Know that you don't need a working knowledge of astrology or the tarot to gain or learn from this conversation. The title comes from a message I received in meditation before recording. I discuss it at the end. Hope you'll stick around for this treasure. You can following my work at brittenlarue.com and @brittenlarue on IG. Please rate, subscribe, and/or review if you received something yummy from this episode. The books I reference in the episode are Linda Sussman's The Speech for the Grail: A Journey towards Speaking that Heals and Transforms, and my own workbooks on Living the Signs. I reference the work of my intuitive teacher Deborah Kremins as well as that of my friend and healer Natasha Levinger.

This Distorted Fishbowl
I cover a lot here. Below is it the rudimentary order of topic. Know that I define all terms and consider my approach to this language very open for beginners. My goal is to always be understood, relevant, and useful to our actual lived experience. -Why Mercury cycles are helpful and fascinating when you starts tracking yours. Yesterday’s cazimi marks the middle point of a cycle that started February 25 when Mercury first met the Sun while retrograde in Pisces. The story began then, and took a big turn the week of March 9 when Mercury stationed direct. Now the story is moving fast and will begin to gain big picture over the course of next week as Mercury pulls away from the Sun and becomes an evening star. -The Full Moon in Scorpio is May 7, and this one wants us to do some emotional processing of WTH has been going on for us. I’m always down for Scorpio’s real talk. The purpose of this entire episode is to help myself and anyone listening to process through what HAS been happening, what IS happening, and what will likely be the coming energies to process through. -I discuss the current energies using the framework of the quarantine home as a fishbowl. From a fishbowl, fish have a pretty poor understanding of the big picture and a fairly distorted view of reality. I share how the planet Neptune plays a big role in the goings-on right now, which is not a great energy for clear sight or discernment. -If astrology is here to help us understand how to work with the energies available to us in the most conscious and skillful way possible (my take), then what is the invitation right now? I discuss how Saturn as a drying principle can be really useful. With Saturn, we have to talk about boundaries, and boundaries are really necessary right now. So, I get into boundaries here. And I talk about the benefits of sobering and drying out in order to regain clearer sight in a time of Neptune and a lot of coming retrogrades. -The medicine of Taurus is really centering, rooting, and slowing right now. In honor of this lunar cycle in Taurus, I give a teaching on how Taurus can support you like a ballast. In times like these, there can be a sense of “What’s the point?” regarding intentions and astro feels. My argument is that what we need is to go to the very marrow, the essence of the sign energy to receive its most present, near, basic nourishment. And I share these here. -At the heart of Taurus is the need to get honest about our values, because our values determine our definition of abundance. Right now, we’re in a time of shifting values as things change within and around us, and thus our definition of abundance is changing. It’s empowering to get clear about this. -At around an hour into the episode, I discuss how Taurus medicine, which has to do with deep immanent presence in the body, helps us heal from trauma. I do not describe anything that causes trauma specifically, and I stay high level, but note the TRIGGER WARNING if you don’t want to hear anything about trauma. You will know when I’m starting that conversation because it’s about the Queen of Pentacles, and so when you hear me start talking there, you can bump 10 minutes ahead. -Finally, I give a tarot reading for the invitation of the present. It’s a rich reading that I am still intaking. I hope you will stick around and find the message supportive to you. So yeah, a lot here! Ha! Thank you for giving the episode a listen. If you enjoyed it, please rate, subscribe, or review. This really helps me and is a beautiful act of reciprocity. I’d love to have you join my community at brittenlarue.com, or following me on IG @brittenlarue. In the episode, I reference my Taurus workbook, which you can check out on my website. I have a handful left. I read from the sumptuous and thoughtful guidebook of the Dalí Tarot, written by tarot scholar Johannes Fieberg.

The Cosmos is Not in Quarantine
In this one, I tease out a thought that came to me: the cosmos is not in quarantine. When we give ourselves enough space to sense into the vastness of cosmic consciousness, we access the truth that we're in a cycle of infinite cycles. Attuning to the cosmic and the primal parts of self, we can more easily listen to this moment, this liminal space outside our normal, and be awake to the massive radical potential for growth and learning right now. We can orient towards the person we are dreaming into being, the person waiting for us on the path that emerges between grief and wonder. Within the episode, I share a tarot pull I did for us with the prompts: What is the medicine of the liminal moment? How do we receive this medicine? What is the gift of this medicine? I am posting the image of the cards on my IG feed @brittenlarue if you'd like to see it. That deck is the Mountain Dream Tarot. I also speak to the hot energies specific to this week of April 12. Since "the cosmos is not in quarantine," we can always turn to the astrology for help calling on our most wise self in any given moment. I quote from the book Cosmos & Psyche by Richard Tarnas. I refer to Martin Shaw's Soundcloud reading "We Are In the Underworld and We Haven't Figured it Out Yet." When I refer to it, I called it "We Are in the Underground, and We Don't Even Know It." Please forgive my human error there. You can learn more about my new class Charting Your Course at my website: brittenlarue.com.

A Case for Reckless Hope: New Moon in Aries 2020
In this episode, I share how I approach and teach working with the New Moon, and especially this particular one, based on the astrology of this precarious present moment. I tap into the astrology of now and into next week to help us set intention and mindset going into this new momentous lunar cycle. Then I swing into the symbolic wisdom teachings of Aries, followed by its ruler Mars. These transmissions used to be paid offerings, and I'm happy and proud to begin offering these here, for everyone. Sending big love and reckless hope! Happy New Moon!

You Just Begin with the First Step
In honor of the spring equinox, I speak about why and how embracing cycles helps me move through change, uncertainty, fear, and the unknown. I offer suggestions for working with this equinox portal and readying for Aries energy. Next week, I will speak more deeply about Aries with the New Moon. I also offer a guided meditation to help you ground, move out fear, and call your energy back in right now,. You can go straight to that at around 54 minutes in. Do this as often as feels supportive.

Fear is Not the Frequency
My first podcast episode ever, Fear is Not the Frequency came together as I sat with a variety of thoughts and feelings in light of the new reality that we're in right now. I created some expansive space for myself to sit in long meditation and listen for guidance. I captured what came through in the recording that is this episode. The episode has four main sections: 1) why and how I'm embracing quarantine as a nourishing hermitage, 2) the astrology of 2020 as it relates to COVID-19, 3) wisdom to help us that I just learned from a past life regression, and 4) some rich tarot medicine to guide us. Cumulatively, what I offer here is ultimately about calling in our most wise inner elder. I hope you will find this of service to you. I hope it will be a balm. I hope it will help you center and hear your own inner guidance as well. Take care of yourself.
