Opening The Gates To More Listings

Today's guest is the Managing Director of a business he founded in 2011 following a career in estate agency that began back in 2003. His website has him down as AKA Mr Everywhere and I have to agree as I don't how he finds the time to serve his clients and the industry. He has carved a market for himself in recent years across Bedfordshire by selling executive homes and charging higher fees. He had a brief radio presenting career so here is hoping the audience enjoys this recording. This is one not to be missed.

Today's guest is Managing Director of CGT Sales & Lettings and is also Vice President of ARLA Propertymark. She was also the winner of the Rising Star Award at the Negotiator Awards 2018, and shortlisted in the top 100 most Inspirational Women in the West Awards 2019. A lot has been fitted in and achieved over a decade serving the industry and there is plenty to learn from this listen. 

Today's guest has been serving the industry since 2001 and has won back-to-back awards for being the best estate agent in the country at The Best Estate Agent Guide. I was privileged to spend an early Monday morning with this guest and hear what the very best at the top of their game has to say. His property career comprises 15 years during which he has worked for both corporate and leading independent estate agents across London and just under two years ago, he started his own business. His website states it really does matter to me and that not all estate agents are the same but he prefers to call himself a property advisor. LinkedIn mentions a conscious decision to concentrate on what is important to each of his clients and quite simply, he loves helping people sell or buy their homes. He has a passion for learning so there is plenty to take from this episode.

Today's guest is the Market Centre Director at KW Plus, Essex She has a huge passion for learning and helping other people, which comes across massively in our conversation. There is a lot to take and implement from this episode on the different parts of being an estate agent and or business owner. 

Today's guest has been in the industry for 20 years and has seen it all. She has been on the High Street, corporate, hybrid, USA and is now COO & Founder of The Agency UK. She is providing agents with the blueprint and all the tools, tech and support needed to build a successful business without needing bucketloads of cash. Lots of experiences and expertise are shared in this episode that can be implemented immediately. 

Today's guest has been in the industry for just over a decade now and is an associate with Fine & Country. She achieves amazing results for her clients, has a great sense of humour and is an amazing person. There are plenty of things to learn and action from this episode. 

Today's guest joined the industry at a similar to me in 2007 so you can blame us both for the market crash. After a decade in the corporate world and working his way up to the regional director position, he started his own estate agency just under 4 years ago. He founded Lion Estates with one goal in mind: to make Milton Keynes be seen as one of the best places to live in the UK (A man after my own heart). He is an amazing estate agent, a phenomenal business owner, and most importantly a great person. There is plenty to take from this episode to improve on all of the above.

Today's guest has been serving our industry for over 15 years and started his own business in June 2021. He strives to be the ‘Go to Property Guy' around Grantham and the surrounding area by utilising video marketing to reach a larger, wider and more varied audience.
