Today's guest had a brief stint as an English teacher, before joining the industry in 2011 as an administrator with little first-hand experience of the sector, except as a renter himself. His own role grew, as did the company, and he was appointed a Director in 2016. In 2018 he completed the Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management and became a member of ARLA.
