ChatGPT is terrible at programming Powerlifts
Are you like everyone else and worried about artificial intelligence? If you are we can't help you there. We can put your mind at ease that it WILL NOT replace humans as coaches. Not any time soon at least. It is fake intelligence for a reason. It cannot critically think. In this episode we asked ChatGPT to program for a powerlifter over a 12 week time. AI was able to give us something for a program. But it missed out on way more than it programmed.
