Today’s episode is about the opportunity and importance of designing mentoring programs for employees in today’s changing world of work. Adam Hickman is the Vice President of Learning and Org Development at Partners Federal Credit Union, a Walt Disney Company. Linda Cai is the Vice President of Talent Development at LinkedIn.
