In this episode, David Robinson interviews apartment developer and investor Tim Watcke about his apartment investing journey. Tim grew up in Michigan. He learned about real estate investing from an early age. His father was a college professor who also invested in real estate on the side. With the help of his dad, Tim purchased his first duplex at the age of 16. After college Tim made a trip out to Salt Lake to ski bum for the winter but never went home.
