Paul is a loan officer at Bonneville Multifamily Capital where he has originated over $100 million in multifamily mortgages. 

He’s also an active multifamily investor, both actively as a syndication sponsor and passive investor currently involved in over 200 doors. 

Paul has been a featured guest on several other podcasts including “The Real Estate Guys Radio Show”; He’s also been published in the Rental Housing Journal, and authored over 50 blog posts on the Bonneville Multifamily Capital website.

He explains the basic underwriting criteria for the borrower as well as the assets itself.

He offers some advice for investors who are looking to acquire value add opportunities and how to transition from a construction loan into long term financing.
