Canyons 100K Recap: Training, Race Strategies, and Lessons
I took on the Canyons 100K in hopes of getting a Golden Ticket. But, once again, I came up way short as I battled with a ton of adversity. But, in the end, I was able to get it done (even though I considered quitting), and I learned so much along the way.
In this episode, I break down all of those lessons and reflections throughout my training, my race day, and afterwards in hopes that it will help you avoid the same mistakes I made. That way, you can crush your next race (whether or not it is the Canyons 100K race!)
