3806 Take God Home
If you're standing at a crossroads, wondering what's next in your life, there's a reality waiting for you that's both deeply simple and radically life-changing: God isn't meant to be reserved for Sundays, sermons, or religious rituals. He's meant for every moment, every decision, every breath you take. It's time to take God home—to invite Him beyond the sanctuary walls and into the everyday spaces of your life. This idea isn't new; it's rooted in a powerful story from the book of Acts. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Paul and Silas were locked away in prison, shackled and silenced. Yet their faith was alive—they prayed and sang through the night. Suddenly, the walls shook in an earthquake, the prison doors flung open, and every chain fell off. The jailer, terrified that the prisoners had escaped and facing the weight of his failure, prepared to end his own life. But Paul called out to stop him. Instead of punishment, Paul offered hope: "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household." (Acts 16:31) The K.I.S.S. ~ Take God home! This jailer's question echoes through time: "What must I do to be saved? How can I know this God?" The answer is simple but profound—not just to believe, but to live with God. Not just to meet Him in church, but to take God home. God doesn't just show up when it's convenient or when the week demands it. He desires your full surrender—not a compartmentalized life that worships on Sunday and wanders the rest of the week. To take God home means embracing Him in your routine, with intention and heart, in the messy and mundane chapters of your story. It requires an attitude of unwavering trust, daily commitment, and a willingness to walk every step with Him. It's about doing life with God, not just attending life around Him. If you're searching for direction, purpose, or peace, start here: create your now as you take God home. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3805 Love Requires Intention
The headline buzz this week—the engagement of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. Two high-profile lives weaving their love story amid the noise, judgment, and relentless spotlight. It makes you wonder: Do you have a love so deep, so intentional, that it stands strong no matter the chatter or rumors swirling around, no matter what the world says? Love requires intention. Unconditional love doesn't look the same for every couple. Some show it in quiet daily acts; others in grand gestures. But what matters most is cultivating a love that's more alive today than it was yesterday. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com So, what are you doing to deepen your love now—not someday? Intentionality is the backbone of any marriage that seeks to thrive beyond surface-level affection. Without it, life's demands — work, kids, social obligations — crowd out the moments that truly matter. You don't just hope love happens; you make space for it to happen. You schedule date nights. You carve out time, even when it feels like the clock is against you. Because love left to chance gets buried under the day-to-day noise. Seeing that kind of love reflected in other couples, like Travis and Taylor, often triggers jealousy. And if you're honest, maybe even some envy or insecurity. Here's the blunt truth: Talking behind backs does nothing except plant weeds in your own garden. Instead, channel that energy into building your marriage with intention and heart. The K.I.S.S. ~ Build your marriage with intention and heart! So, let's cut through the fluff and get tactical. What are three concrete actions a spouse can take to love unconditionally while showing up deliberately and being intentional every day? 1. Own Your Presence — Be All In When You're Together Unconditional love demands your full attention. Put down the phone. Shut the laptop. When you're with your spouse, be there. Listen. Look into their eyes. Ask—not assume—what they need emotionally in that moment. Presence says louder than any grand gesture: "You matter. Our connection matters." 2. Speak Love in Their Language, Not Yours We often express love based on how we want to receive it, but your spouse has their own love language. Think about the Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman. Whether it's words of affirmation, acts of service, quality time, physical touch, or gifts, discover what fills your spouse's emotional tank and intentionally pour into that. This is not guessing—this is paying attention, being aware, and showing up intentionally on purpose. 3. Choose Forgiveness Over Grudge Holding Unconditional love isn't blind; it's willing to extend grace. Holding onto offenses—big or small—builds walls, not bridges. Commit to forgiveness as a daily practice. This isn't easy, but love that lasts doesn't keep score as it does on the football field or tennis courts. It chooses to release, reset, and rebound by continuing to move forward united—this is us. Bottom Line Unconditional love isn't some magical fairy tale, like it appears to be for Travis and Taylor. It's a deliberate choice made over and over again, just as they chose each other every day, whether at her concert, at his games, a night on the town, or at home. It's showing up when you're exhausted. It's forgiving when you're hurt. It's listening when you're distracted. It's making time when you feel there's none left. It might not shout from the rooftops like celebrity engagements, but it's far more powerful. So ask yourself: What is my move today to love deeper, show up more fully, and build a marriage that no rumor, judgment, or distraction can shake? Your love is worth that fight. Now, fight for it with intention. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3804 Practice Creates Progress
The seasons shift, schedules twist, and routines morph—sound familiar? As we step into this new chapter, it's easy for family goals to get lost in the shuffle. But here's the truth: progress in your family life isn't a lightning strike. It's a habit. A practice. Every lesson you repeat, every value you model alongside your children, chips away at the "hard" and builds momentum. Practice creates progress. Because this is where real progress lives. When parents actively engage in learning with their kids—not just as overseers but as participants—they send a clear message: growth is a family affair. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com This shared practice doesn't just teach skills; it deepens relationships, builds trust, and cements the lessons into daily life. And progress? It's impossible to feel anything but proud watching it all unfold. Think about something you started in your family. What was so awesome about it that you would want to repeat that experience? The lessons learned as a family are a living legacy in motion. That gives you the opportunity always to create your now! But how do you keep this momentum when distractions are endless and life is demanding? How do you trust the process without succumbing to frustration or doubt? As you know, parenting is HARD!! No one gets into it because they have all the answers. Oddly enough, if people knew what parents had to do with children, a lot of people would choose differently. However, here we want to be optimistic along with real and raw. So the thing you can do is grow in life together. The K.I.S.S. ~ Grow in life together! Make a commitment, not for yourself, but for your family. Imagine what it would be like if you could trace out all the lessons you taught your children (and what you learned) like a family tree. It would be pretty remarkable to say the least. Here are three straightforward moves every parent can make: Set Clear, Bite-Sized Goals Together Big ambitions confuse and overwhelm. Instead, map out small, tangible lessons or habits you want to develop as a family this season. Perhaps that involves reading aloud for 15 minutes daily, tackling a new recipe every week, or dedicating time to discuss emotions openly. When goals are shared and specific, every little win feels like a power-up fueling the progress engine; this is momentum! Show Up Consistently, Imperfectly Progress doesn't require perfection; it demands persistence. Some days your practice will shine, some days it'll stumble and frustrate you. That's expected. The trick is showing up anyway—even if it's just a ten-minute check-in or a quick walk-and-talk or a ride-and-talk. Your consistency is the anchor your family needs to trust the process and believe in their collective potential, in what you are doing as a family. Celebrate Everyday Wins and Be Honest About Struggles Don't wait for the "big" breakthrough to acknowledge growth. Celebrate the small victories—your child's curiosity sparked by a new fact, a moment of kindness shared, a challenge faced without giving up. And when things get tough, be honest. Vulnerability models courage and invites your kids to embrace their own setbacks as part of progress. This season, lean into the "hard stuff" because that's the soil where greatness grows. Remind yourself daily: You can do anything you set your mind to, especially when you embark on the adventure together. Embrace the messy, the uncertain, and the breakthrough moments equally. Practice creates progress, and progress creates a living legacy your family will carry forward. Keep going. You're building something out of this world. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3803 Keep Your Feet to the Fire
Life doesn't hand out a break when you're juggling everything—the kids demanding your attention, a career that never sleeps, and a spouse who needs your love and partnership. Take one look around and you might call it chaos: a mess in the house, a whirlwind in your head, and exhaustion creeping in like an unwelcome guest. But still keep your feet to the fire. Even in the thick of the storm, your mind and heart can still find a way to line up. You can show up fully—not half-drained, not just surviving, but actually operating with some fire in your belly. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com That fire is your fuel when the tank feels empty, the compass when every direction seems wrong. So where does that leave you today? Are you stepping into your day with hope, believing the road ahead is worth every hard mile? Or do you feel like you need an extra smile, a boost to keep your feet on the hot coals that your hustle demands? Let me cut to the chase—you have what it takes. Stop grinding on the same old tracks—the playlist life's been spinning since middle school, full of doubt and distraction. You're not good enough. You'll never amount to anything. What are you thinking? That's crazy! You've never done anything right before. What makes you think you can do it now? Why start? You're gonna fail! That noise isn't your soundtrack. You're made for more. You're meant to own your story and win your day, not lose sight of the big picture. The K.I.S.S. ~ Keep your feet to the fire! Rise with a fierce confidence that says, "I was made for such a time as this." Play to create your now, not to settle or slide through. Life will throw its punches. It will trip you up. But take heart—there's a steady hand guiding you through. God's got you! No stress needed because your strength is written in your story. Remember to tell yourself: "My strength is my story." Believe deep down you can do what you need to do today. Every small move counts toward a life you choose, not one you're stuck living. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo Keep your feet to the fire — that heat is the sign you're still alive, still pushing, still racing toward your greatness. Don't quit when it's hardest. Push through, because you've got what it takes. And you were created to impact the world that you touch in a manner that only you can. "Be present. Be incredible. 3802 Even A Loss Is A Gain
There are so many people who desire to live and make healthy choices. But when life gets in the way and the excuses pile up, what do you do and where do you go? You don't always have to do everything perfectly with your health to increase your chances of success. Because odds have it, even a loss is a gain. Think about what you do nowadays. Are you where you want to be with your health? What about your weight and muscles? How strong do you really think you are? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com If the answer isn't positive, good. That means you have room to grow. And here's the thing: there are about 18 Fridays until Christmas. Imagine what you could accomplish if you treated each of those days like an opportunity, not a burden. No New Year's resolutions needed—you'll already be ahead of the pack. You deserve more than just hoping for changes. You deserve the best, so why not give your body the best? Take care of who you are and who you are becoming. Invest in yourself daily. Your body is the only home you get—give it the fuel, movement, and rest it demands. And when you stumble, when your progress slips, remember that's not failure. It's data. It's a lesson. It's a step forward disguised as a setback. Take more steps forward and flip your losses into wins! The K.I.S.S. ~ Flip your losses into wins! So how do you flip losses into wins? Here are three no-nonsense habits to turn your health around—even when the chips are down: Own Your Nutrition Wins—Not Just the Slip-Ups Stop beating yourself up for one bad meal or an entire day of junk food. Focus instead on what you did eat well. Maybe you had a veggie-loaded lunch or skipped sugary drinks. Celebrate that. Build on it. Nutrition isn't "all or nothing." "Consistency comes from stacking wins, not dwelling on losses. ~ Kristianne Wargo" Move Smart, Not Perfect You don't need hours of daily exercise to build strength or stamina. Even short, focused sessions count. A 10-minute mobility routine, a brisk walk, or a handful of strength moves can keep momentum rolling. "When life overwhelms, show up with something rather than nothing. Momentum beats perfection every time. ~ Kristianne Wargo" Guard Your Sleep Like Your Success Depends on It—Because It Does "Sleep isn't optional. It's the recovery fuel for your muscles, mind, and metabolism. ~ Kristianne Wargo" If you've burned the candle too often, prioritize one night of good rest. Set a non-negotiable bedtime. Turn off screens early. You'll bounce back stronger, sharper, and more motivated. Remember: Your health isn't a final destination; it's a daily commitment. Every time you fall, stand up stronger and smarter. Your journey is proof to yourself that you care about who you are becoming, your future self, because you're willing to keep fighting today. You are worth the climb. You are worth the effort. Even a loss is a gain—if you learn, adjust, and move forward. Train for life. Love your journey! "Be present. Be incredible. 3801 Create Your Own Energy
Why is motivation such a beast to tame? Because the world keeps spinning faster while you're left stuck in the muck, wanting to move but unable to find the spark. You hold a goal so close it keeps you awake at night, yet when it's time to act, you hit a wall of mental exhaustion. Life never hits pause. Between nonstop demands and technology pulling your focus every second, mental burnout isn't just common — it's expected. So, if outside inspiration has run dry, maybe it's time for a radical idea: create your own energy. That's right. Relying on bursts of motivation from a pep talk, a quote, or an external push is playing a losing game. You'll keep waiting for something that's not coming. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But what if you flipped the script and became your own powerhouse of momentum? The truth is, you don't have to be a mood magician or a life hack guru to pull this off. You need one thing: a passion-filled heart armed with purpose and a concrete plan. Here's where the tough stuff comes in. Turning energy creation into reality requires work. It demands facing your raw feelings head-on—no sugarcoating, no skipping the uncomfortable parts. It means getting brutally clear on what matters right now, ditching distractions, and getting real with your direction. When you align your heart and mind like this, energy flows because it comes from a place that truly matters. That's fuel you don't run out of. The K.I.S.S. ~ Create your own energy! Ask yourself: Are you ready to put in the work? To stop waiting for motivation to magically appear and instead build it, step by step? Because here's the kicker — you don't need to leap miles in a single bound. You just need one step. One move closer. One decision to drive action forward. As I say always, "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" Be authentic with your goals, brave with your feelings, and laser-focused on what's urgent and relevant. This isn't some vague pep talk; it's a call to create your now, to ignite the fire that lights your way forward. This is your moment. Step into it boldly. Shine with everything you have. The world needs your unique impact, and it's waiting for you to bring it. Go create your own energy by being real with your direction, raw with your feelings, and relevant for what matters right now so you can create your now! "Be present. Be incredible. 3800 Say Something New
Words have power, whether they're written, spoken, or even mumbled silently in your mind. Science backs this up—what you say to yourself and others shapes your brain, your actions, and ultimately, your results. So why do so many people keep repeating the same phrases and narratives, expecting different outcomes? It's simple: actions only change when the words say something new. Getting stuck in a loop of frustration, banging your head against the wall trying to reach a goal that feels just out of reach — that struggle is all too real. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But here's the truth: the most overlooked place to start fixing this isn't outside you, it's inside—specifically, in the words you choose. You might blame your circumstances, your workload, your team, or the economy before you ever question what you're telling yourself and others. Let's be real—words aren't just pretty sounds. They have power. They create your reality. If you want to change the outcomes in your life or business, you need to confront the input feeding your mind right now. What you say to yourself daily drives what you ultimately do—or don't do. The K.I.S.S. ~ Say something new! So, what can you do to say something new? Here are three practical moves that shift your words and open the door to new results: Catch Your Default Narratives and Rewrite Them Identify the repetitive statements you say to yourself like a broken record. Example: "I'm not good enough," "I always fail," or "This is just how it is." Once you're aware of these limiting phrases, challenge them directly. Rewrite your internal script with a statement that points to possibility instead of defeat: "I'm learning," "Failure is feedback," or "I'm crafting my own path." Changing this input rewires your brain to stop sabotaging your progress. Speak Your Goals in the Present Tense, Not Future Wish If your words around goals live in "I will" or "Someday," you're giving your brain permission to put off action. Instead, say what you want as if it's already happening: "I am attracting clients who value my work," "I am a confident speaker," or "I am building a thriving business." This creates mental alignment and sends your brain a bold message—act like it's real, and you'll start moving like it's real. Test New Words Out Loud With Others Words have weight, but spoken words carry even more power. Find a trusted friend, mentor, or accountability partner and say those new phrases out loud. Watch how the energy shifts—the confidence grows. Saying something new publicly signals your brain and the world that you're stepping into a different reality. You're no longer hiding behind old narratives. Here's the bottom line: if your words aren't changing, your actions won't either. Stop blaming what's outside and start cleaning up what's inside. Say something new, and your life will follow. Say Something New by Kristianne Wargo Words worn thin like footprints in dust, Echoes of fears we endlessly trust. We speak in circles, the same old tune, Chasing shadows beneath the moon. But what if silence breaks the chain, And new words fall like cleansing rain? A fresh sharp sound, a break, a start— A whispered hope inside the heart. Say something new, bold and true, A phrase that lights the dark for you. Let courage rise where doubt once grew, And shape the world with something new. Your voice holds power, fierce and bright, To turn the wrongs into the right. So speak—in present tense, make it real, Change begins with the words you feel. Step from the echoes, rewrite the view, The world waits for what you'll say and do. No more ghosts from yesterday's hue— It's time. Say something new. "Be present. Be incredible. 3799 Patience Isn't Just About Waiting
Life rarely unfolds on our schedule. Chaos, challenges, and unexpected twists often cloud our vision, tempting us to rush, scramble, or even give up on the pace God has set for us. Yet the scriptures hold a powerful invitation that cuts through the noise: patience isn't just about waiting—it's about what happens while we wait. James 1:4 (ICB) says, "Let your patience show itself perfectly in what you do. Then you will be perfect and complete. You will have everything you need." This verse isn't calling us to passive endurance; it demands active patience—patience that reveals itself fully through our actions. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Patience as a Lens, Not a Waiting Room What if, instead of viewing patience as a limbo or delay, we saw it as a powerful lens through which to experience life's storms and celebrations alike? When patience governs what we do, it shapes our responses, decisions, and mindset. It means showing steady determination, kindness, and grace—even when circumstances press hard. This kind of patience boosts our resilience. It opens our eyes beyond the immediate discomfort and frustration to glimpse God's greater purpose in the struggle. It keeps us rooted in the understanding that every season—be it joyous or difficult—has value and is necessary for our growth. The K.I.S.S. ~ Patience isn't just about waiting! Perfect and Complete: The Fruit of Patient Action James doesn't promise an easy ride—he promises a complete one. By letting patience "show itself perfectly," we move closer to spiritual maturity. This completeness is about more than ticking boxes or achieving goals; it's about becoming whole. It's about standing firm, strengthened by faith, grounded in God's promises, and equipped with everything needed to face life head-on. Your patience right now, in whatever trial or triumph you are navigating, is a sign of strength—not weakness. It reflects your trust that God's timing is wise and that He is working in every detail of your life. Rush and Rest: The Daily Choice The world glorifies speed—fast responses, rapid success, instant results. But rush does not enhance your day or your destiny. Taking a deep breath isn't just about calming anxiety—it's a sacred moment of recognition: the breath you draw was given by God Himself. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, deeply valued by your Creator. Remember, "This is the day the Lord has made." It's your gift to steward with patience alive in your actions. So pause, steady yourself, and step forward with intention. Next Steps: Identify one area today where impatience usually sneaks in. What would your action look like if patience drove your response instead? When chaos arises, remind yourself: patience isn't passive; it's powerful. Write down the promise from James 1:4 and keep it where you can see it—a reminder that you are moving toward completeness, equipped for all you face. Patience doesn't delay your destiny—it builds it. Now, it's your move. Let your patience show itself perfectly in what you do. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3798 There Is No Us Without You
As the days grow shorter and the school bells ring once more, August signals more than just the end of summer—it marks a shift back into the grind of routines, packed schedules, and mounting responsibilities. Between packing lunches, juggling after-school activities, and managing work commitments, one crucial relationship often slips into the background: your marriage—there is no us without you! This busy season can become a perfect storm where connection is lost in the chaos. Yet, it's exactly when life feels busiest that being intentional about your relationship matters most. Carving out space for meaningful connection—however small—can be the lifeline your marriage needs to thrive. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Before you dive into making changes, pause and ask: How did we get here? What parts of our marriage are working, and what aren't? Taking this honest inventory sets the stage for clarity and growth. Here's a truth to hold tight: There is no us without you. Meaning, your role, your actions, and your mindset are not just parts of your marriage—they shape it entirely. Too often, we get caught up in doing everything for everyone else, leaving our spouse behind emotionally and physically. Reclaiming intentionality begins with recognizing how much your specific contributions matter in the "us" equation. The K.I.S.S. ~ Reclaim intentionality for "us"! But that "us" includes you first! You have to own your part. So what does owning your part actually look like? Here are three powerful moves any spouse can take before pointing fingers or blaming: Own Your Emotions Daily Notice how you're feeling and why. Are you carrying stress from work? Are past hurts coloring your reactions? Name your emotions without judgment and share them honestly with your partner to invite understanding instead of defensiveness. Practice Active Listening Commit to really hearing your spouse—not just waiting to respond, but engaging with empathy. Daily check-ins can be as simple as a five-minute conversation about how each other's day unfolded, what's weighing on your minds, or what joys you noticed. These small moments build trust and connection over time. Take Responsibility for Your Actions Reflect: What have you contributed to your current dynamic? What behaviors or habits might be pushing your partner away or fostering resentment? Own those patterns and invite dialogue about change—not as blame, but as commitment to growth. A daily check-in doesn't require long hours or deep therapy sessions. It can be as straightforward as asking, "How are you really doing?" or sharing a "thank you" for something your spouse did that day. These rituals become the glue that holds together busy lives and bolsters emotional intimacy. DAILY CHECK-IN: Two things you're grateful for, two emotions you've experienced, and pray two-gether. Remember, marriage is a beautiful thing, but it's only as strong as the care both of you put into nurturing it. There is no "us" without your "you"—your presence, your heart, your willingness to show up for the one you vowed to walk alongside. This back-to-school season, dare to make your relationship a priority. Because when you invest in "you," you invest in "us." And that's a return worth showing up for. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3797 The Days Can Be Long
Parenting isn't for the faint-hearted. The days can stretch on endlessly, filled with messy meals, sleepless nights, sibling battles, and the constant scramble to keep up. The days can be long, but the years are short. Yet, blink, and those long days shrink into years that race by. Kids grow too fast, and many parents find themselves stuck—wondering how they got here, feeling left behind as their children step into new phases of life. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But what if parents didn't have to fall behind? What if you could grow with your children instead of chasing after them? This isn't some pie-in-the-sky parenting fantasy. It's a deliberate choice—and a necessary mindset shift—to meet the relentless pace of childhood with your own version of growth, curiosity, and presence. Savor each stage! The K.I.S.S. ~ Savor each stage! What does raising kids and getting them through the stages of life look like? Here are three intentional moves parents can make to stay in the game and truly savor each stage—not just endure it. 1. Show Up Fully in the Moment, Not Just on the Clock It's easy to survive day to day without really showing up. Checking off boxes, putting out fires, keeping schedules—but emotionally checked out, mentally elsewhere. But your kids don't just need your presence; they need your engagement. Put down your phone. Stop thinking about the next thing on your to-do list. When your child talks, really listen. When they play, play with them. When they struggle, sit with the discomfort instead of looking for quick fixes. Showing up fully stretches your patience and attention, but it keeps you connected so you don't feel like a spectator as your children grow. 2. Lean into Change Instead of Resisting It Every phase with your child demands something new from you—and sometimes that's wildly uncomfortable. Whether it's toddler tantrums melting into school anxiety, or shy little ones becoming moody teens, resisting those changes only leaves you feeling left behind and overwhelmed. Choose to lean into the messy, confusing, and exhilarating growth—for yourself and your child. Learn new skills, pick up a book about their stage of life, and ask questions about who they're becoming. This mindset will help you evolve alongside your children instead of being left stuck in your own ideas of parenting. 3. Build Your Own Passions and Identity Outside of Parenting When your life revolves entirely around your kids, it's easy to feel like you've lost yourself. But that loss is the fast track to burnout and regret. Parenting is huge, but it's not all you are. Keep something in your life that's just for you—a hobby, a craft, a friendship, a daily habit—that fills your cup and sparks joy. This isn't selfish; it's survival. When you nourish your own identity, you bring more energy, patience, and presence to your role as a parent. You grow—so your kids see growth modeled, not just growth demanded. Real Talk: Don't hide behind the excuse that your children grow too fast to enjoy the stage you're in. That's fear dressed in logic. Every phase of your child's life is a window—and you decide whether to stand in front of that window and watch life happen, or step through it and live it fully. The days can be long, yes. But your years don't have to slip by unnoticed, leaving you wondering where you went. Grow with your kids. Lean in, show up, and hold on to the parts of you that refuse to shrink away. That's how you make those fleeting years count for both of you. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
