3235 Unwrap Your Happiness

'Tis the season of giving, and it comes with the quest for that one perfect gift. But when someone outdoes your efforts, your gift becomes the trigger of comparison. This season, unwrap your happiness. You want to get that unique, special gift, so you spend hours scouring the internet, seeking the gift that no one else would think of, only to be met with disappointment when your efforts fail to get the reaction you want. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co This disappointment often triggers a spiral of emotions that can consume you throughout the holiday season. Then, you find yourself comparing your gift-giving abilities to others and feeling frustrated with your perceived failures. But this year, let's break free from the shackles of comparison and embrace a Christmas filled with love and joy. The K.I.S.S. ~ Break free from the shackles of comparison! Here is what it looks like to escape the comparison trap and foster a mindset of gratitude and appreciation before the exchange of gifts. 1. Realign your focus: Instead of fixating on finding the perfect gift, shift your attention to the true essence of the holiday season – spending quality time with loved ones. Remind yourself that the joy of Christmas lies not in material possessions but in the connections and memories we create with those we cherish. 2. Embrace authenticity: Recognize that every person and relationship is unique. Instead of attempting to outdo others with extravagant gifts, embrace the power of thoughtful gestures that are personalized and meaningful. By focusing on what truly resonates with the recipient, you can create a genuine and heartfelt connection that goes beyond material possessions. 3. Cultivate gratitude: Before the exchange of gifts, take a moment to reflect on the blessings in your life. Count your own achievements, cherish the love you have received, and appreciate the effort others have put into their gifts. Gratitude fills our hearts with joy and contentment, providing a shield against comparison and fostering a mindset of abundance. "Comparison is the thief of joy." ~ Theodore Roosevelt Let this be the mantra guiding your holiday season. Take a step back, breathe, and remember that the joy we seek doesn't lie in the perfect gift, but in the love and connection we share with our loved ones. So, this Christmas, release yourself from the never-ending spiral of comparison and frustration. Instead, embrace a mindset of love and joy, focusing on the precious moments and the abundance of blessings surrounding you. Remember, the gift of love and presence is always more valuable than any material possession. Embrace this holiday season with an open heart, and watch as love and joy fill your life. "Be present. 3234 Rekindle the Spirit of Christmas

This season, as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, let us look beyond the tinsel and presents, and instead seek to see what God saw before the arrival of our Savior. Rekindle the Spirit of Christmas. It is in the spirit of Christmas that we find the true essence of joy, love, and redemption. By delving into the biblical narrative of Jesus' birth, we have the opportunity to rekindle the flame of wonder and awe that comes with understanding God's plan for our lives. Through His Word, we can find guidance on how to make this Christmas truly meaningful. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co In the book of Luke, Chapter 2, we are transported back in time to witness the extraordinary events leading up to the birth of Jesus. We encounter Mary, a young woman chosen by God to bear His Son, and Joseph, a humble carpenter who faithfully obeys God's instructions. As the couple embarks on their journey to Bethlehem, we see their unwavering faith and trust in God's plan unfold. Luke 2:10-11 declares, "But the angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is the Messiah, the Lord.'" The Christmas story is filled with ordinary people touched by the extraordinary hand of God. From the lowly shepherds who were visited by a host of angels proclaiming the birth of the Messiah (Luke 2:8-14) to the wise men who followed the star and brought gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh (Matthew 2:1-11), we witness individuals who were able to see what God saw before Jesus was born. They recognized the significance of this miraculous event and allowed it to transform their lives. The K.I.S.S. ~ Rekindle the Spirit of Christmas! In order to glimpse what God saw before Jesus was born this season in our lives, we must approach Christmas with open hearts and minds. We can start by reflecting on the true meaning of Christ's birth – the gift of salvation and the immeasurable love of our Heavenly Father. By immersing ourselves in the Scriptures and meditating on passages such as Isaiah 9:6, which says, "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace," we can better comprehend the magnitude of God's plan and His purpose for sending His Son into the world. This season, let us rekindle the Spirit of Christmas by embodying the qualities that defined Jesus' ministry: love, compassion, forgiveness, and selflessness. "Christmas is not just a day, it's a state of the heart." ~ Kristianne Wargo Let our actions and words reflect the true spirit of the season and spread the message of hope and redemption to those around us. As we celebrate the birth of Jesus, may we see beyond the earthly trappings and find joy in the presence of the One who came to save us. By rekindling the flame of wonder and awe that comes with understanding God's plan for our lives, we can experience the true spirit of Christmas and draw closer to the profound love and grace of our Savior. This season, let us allow the story of His birth to transform our lives and bring light, hope, and peace to the world around us. "Be present. Be incredible. 3233 Follow the Signs

Are you so concerned this holiday season about being right or effective? In a strong marriage, effectiveness is where love resides. Follow the signs. Have you ever had a feeling that something is not quite right in your marriage, but you just can't put your finger on it? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Many spouses have experienced this dilemma, where they sense that there is an underlying issue, but struggle to identify what it is. If you can relate to this, then it's time to take a closer look at the signs that may be unveiling themselves during this holiday season. The K.I.S.S. ~ Follow the signs! In a strong and thriving marriage, the key lies in being effective, rather than being right. As Kristianne Wargo wisely says, "Effectiveness is where love resides." So, instead of fixating on who is right or wrong, focus on taking the necessary steps to address the signs that are revealing themselves that will potentially strengthen your marriage. 1. Pay attention to subtle changes During the holiday season, it's common for routines and dynamics to shift. Take notice of any subtle changes in your spouse's behavior, mood, or communication patterns. Are they more withdrawn than usual, or perhaps more irritable? Are they avoiding certain conversations or becoming defensive? These small shifts can often be indicative of underlying issues. By observing and acknowledging these changes, you are taking the first step toward understanding what may be going on beneath the surface. 2. Engage in open and honest communication Communication is the foundation of any successful marriage. If you sense that something is not right, it is crucial to engage in open and honest conversations with your spouse. Create a safe and non-threatening environment where both of you can express your thoughts and concerns without fear of judgment or defensiveness. By actively listening and seeking to understand each other's perspectives, you will facilitate a deeper connection and potentially unveil the signs that are hiding beneath the surface. 3. Seek professional guidance Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we need external support to navigate through challenging times in our marriage. If you find yourself continuously struggling to identify and address the signs, it may be beneficial to seek the guidance of a marriage counselor or therapist. These professionals are trained to help couples uncover and work through underlying issues, providing a safe space for both partners to express themselves and find solutions. Remember, seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of your commitment to the health and growth of your relationship. If you have a nagging feeling that something is amiss in your marriage, don't ignore it. Instead, follow the signs that this holiday season may be unveiling. Focus on being effective rather than being right, and prioritize open communication, active listening, and seeking professional guidance when needed. By taking these steps, you may be able to uncover the hidden truths within your relationship and move toward a stronger, more fulfilling partnership. Remember this from Kristianne Wargo: "Effectiveness is where love resides." "Be present. Be incredible. 3232 But Fear Not!

The holiday season is often depicted as a time of joy, love, and togetherness with family and friends. However, for many of us, it can also be a period of overwhelming stress. But fear not! From juggling family obligations to dealing with financial pressures and managing expectations, the holiday season can leave us feeling drained and exhausted. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co With a little planning and a few self-care strategies, you can minimize stress before it overwhelms you. Here are three things you can do to keep calm and enjoy the holiday season: The K.I.S.S. ~ Keep calm and carry on! 1. Set Realistic Expectations One of the primary sources of stress during the holidays is the pressure we put on ourselves to create the "perfect" holiday experience. Remember, perfection is an illusion. Instead of striving for unattainable ideals, focus on what truly matters: spending quality time with loved ones. Prioritize activities and events that bring you joy and let go of the rest. Simplify your to-do list and delegate tasks to others. Remember, you don't have to do it all alone. "It's important to have realistic expectations during the holiday season. Trying to do too much can lead to stress and burnout. Focus on what truly matters and let go of the rest." ~ Kristianne Wargo 2. Practice Self-Care Taking care of yourself is essential, especially during the busy holiday season. Make self-care a priority by setting aside time each day for activities that promote relaxation and well-being. Engage in activities that rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit, such as practicing yoga, going for a walk, reading a book, or enjoying a warm bath. Prioritize sleep and make sure to get enough rest each night. Remember, you cannot pour from an empty cup, so make sure to replenish your energy. 3. Communicate and Set Boundaries Family dynamics can add another layer of stress during the holidays. It's essential to communicate openly with your family members and set clear boundaries to avoid conflicts. Be honest about your limitations and discuss your expectations for the holiday season. This can help prevent misunderstandings and reduce tension. Learn to say "no" gracefully if an invitation or request doesn't align with what you need or can handle at the moment. Remember, it's okay to put yourself first and prioritize your well-being. You can minimize stress and create a more enjoyable and meaningful holiday season. Create your now! And that comes by setting realistic expectations, practicing self-care, and communicating openly with your loved ones. Remember, the holidays are about love and connection – don't let stress overshadow the joy! "Take care of yourself during the holiday season. In doing so, you can better care for others and create lasting memories." -Kristianne Wargo The holiday season can be the most wonderful time of the year, filled with love and happiness. By incorporating these strategies into your routine, you can navigate family dynamics and stress with grace and ease, allowing you to truly savor the joys of the season. "Be present. Be incredible. 3231 Inspire Yourself to Inspire Others

We tend to put pressure on others to make us feel a certain way. What if you were to get up on the right side of the bed and decide to feel the way you want? Inspire yourself to inspire others. In this fast-paced world where we often seek external validation and inspiration from others, we often forget that it is within ourselves where true motivation lies. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Imagine waking up every morning on the right side of the bed, empowered to feel the way you want to feel, and in turn, becoming a source of inspiration for others. It's time to break free from the cycle of relying on others to make you feel a certain way and instead, take charge of your own inspiration. As you know, life is full of ups and downs, but it doesn't have to feel like we are always stuck in a deep ditch. We have the power to shape our own reality and create the life we desire. "Sometimes what we want comes from what we do." ~ Kristianne Wargo It's not about waiting for someone else to light that fire within us; rather, it's about taking A.I.M. and becoming the source of inspiration that others seek. Inspiration begins in the mind and starts with a mindset shift. When you change your perspective and choose to focus on the positive aspects of life, you naturally radiate that positivity to those around you. The K.I.S.S. ~ Inspire yourself to inspire others! It's a ripple effect, where the energy you put out into the world has the power to influence others in profound ways. When you take responsibility for your own inspiration, you become more mindful of your thoughts and actions, leading to a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life. Discovering what truly inspires you is key to unlocking your potential. It could be as simple as pursuing a hobby, seeking personal growth through self-help books, or surrounding ourselves with like-minded individuals who uplift and support us. Are you investing time in what lights you up? Your heart needs to be decorated, too. And when that happens, you not only fuel your own inspiration but you also become a shining example for others to follow. Remember, inspiration doesn't always have to come from external sources. In fact, some of the most powerful inspirations are self-generated. Get ready to tap into an inner well of motivation that can move mountains. Embrace your own passions and unique strengths to empower you to inspire others on a whole new level. As you embark on this journey to inspire yourself and others, keep in mind "Sometimes what we want comes from what we do. ~ Kristianne Wargo" So, rise and shine, and take charge of your own inspiration today. 3230 Break the Silence

It's easy to fall into a pattern of waiting for the "right" time to break free from old habits. But why wait for the new year or society's approval? It's time to break the silence and take charge of your well-being. "Don't let the world silence your dreams. Speak up, rise up, and create a life that nourishes your soul." ~ Kristianne Wargo Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Create your now! The K.I.S.S. ~ Break the silence! The one thing many of us forget is that you have a choice to make the decision that is right for you. 1. Dare to Be Different: Society often conditions us to conform and follow accepted norms. But breaking the silence means daring to be different and embracing a unique path tailored to your personal well-being. Whether it's adopting a new exercise routine, exploring a plant-based diet, or practicing mindfulness techniques, be open to unconventional approaches that resonate with your true self. Remember, it's your journey, and you have the power to pave your own way. 2. Embrace Imperfection: Waiting for the stars to align or for everything to be perfect can hinder progress and keep you stagnant. Embracing imperfection means not waiting for everything to be optimal before taking the first step toward a healthier lifestyle. Start today, right where you are, and make small but consistent changes. Progress, no matter how small, is still progress. Don't let the fear of failure or judgment hold you back from creating the life you desire. 3. Surround Yourself with Support: Breaking the silence can be challenging, and it's crucial to surround yourself with a supportive community that encourages and uplifts you. Seek out like-minded individuals who share your passion for healthy living and connect with them through online communities, local groups, or fitness classes. Together, you can foster an environment of growth, inspire each other, and create a powerful network of support that will fuel your progress. Embrace the beauty of breaking the silence and starting anew in unconventional times. The time for healthy living is now. As Kristianne Wargo rightly says, "Your voice matters. Your choices matter. Break the silence and create your now; a day in your life that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit." "Be present. Be incredible. 3228 The Power of Patterns

Patterns are great for decorating and organizing. But what about how it applies to your mindset and leadership? When you understand the power of patterns, your life will be transformed. Patterns go far beyond aesthetics, permeating every aspect of our lives. From our daily routines to our thoughts and behaviors, patterns shape who we are and how we lead. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Think about how you started your morning. Think about how you went about cooking for Thanksgiving, whether it was the entire meal or a side or two. You had a pattern, a rhythm that helped you remember what you needed to do and how you preceded in the moment. When you unlock the power of patterns, you unlock the key to personal transformation and effective leadership. The K.I.S.S. ~ Unlock the power of patterns by seeing what you didn't know before! Because how much are you paying attention to your patterns, good or bad? Most of the time, we just go through the motions because it's faster and quicker. We don't have to overthink which can lead to overwhelm. But you can see your patterns. 1. Mindful Observation: The first step to understanding and recognizing patterns in your life is through mindful observation. Take a step back and become aware of your thought patterns, emotions, and actions. Are there specific triggers that consistently lead to certain outcomes? By observing yourself without judgment, you can identify recurring patterns that either serve you or hold you back. 2. Reflect and Analyze: Once you become aware of patterns, it's crucial to reflect and analyze them. Look for common themes and connections between different areas of your life. Are there recurring issues or challenges that surface in relationships, work, or personal growth? By examining these patterns, you can gain insights into your strengths, weaknesses, and areas where change is needed. 3. 3227 By Prayer and Petition

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." ~ Philippians 4:6-7 When we are overwhelmed and struggling silently, cultivating gratitude can help us reframe our perspective. Gratitude has the power to shift our focus from what we lack to the blessings that surround us. It is in these moments that we find renewal. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Philippians 4:6 begins with the instruction to "be anxious about nothing." But what does it mean to present our "requests to God by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving"? Prayer: By engaging in prayer, we take the time to communicate with God in an intimate and personal way. It is through prayer that we express our hopes, fears, worries, and desires. It serves as a channel to connect with God, seeking guidance, strength, and peace. Petition: Petitioning God involves laying our specific requests and concerns before Him. It is the act of earnestly seeking His intervention and supplicating for His will to be done in our lives. In our moments of struggle and weariness, we can find comfort in the assurance that God hears our petitions and answers them according to His perfect wisdom. The K.I.S.S. ~ By prayer and petition! Remember, you are not alone in this journey. The Bible teaches us in Psalm 23:1-3, "The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul." Just as a shepherd takes care of his flock, God is always there to guide you, renew your spirit, and restore your weary soul. But in every situation, by prayer and petition. Discovering Peace: The Power of Gratitude Our passage then instructs us to present our requests "with thanksgiving." Gratitude is a transformative attitude that helps shift our focus from our problems and anxieties to the blessings and goodness that surround us. 1. Reframing our Perspective: Gratitude enables us to see beyond our circumstances, reminding us of the countless reasons to be thankful. It changes our perspective and helps us find hope even in the midst of challenges. 2. Cultivating a Peaceful Mindset: A heart filled with gratitude is a heart at peace. It creates space for tranquility to enter our lives, providing a source of comfort and renewal. As we acknowledge and appreciate the blessings we have, the peace of God transcends our understanding and guards our hearts and minds. 3. Strengthening Our Faith: Gratitude deepens our connection with God, fostering a sense of trust and dependency on Him. By recognizing His goodness and provision, we develop unwavering faith, knowing that He will continue to guide and support us through every trial and tribulation. Remember the words of the apostle Paul, "The peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May this peace be with you always. Allow yourself the time and space to rest, reflect, and reimagine what is truly important. See your life with the lenses from Heaven. Know that you are strong, loved, and capable of embracing the peace that surpasses all understanding. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday πŸ”” Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3226 Is Your Marriage Better Than A Black Friday Deal?

If there's one thing we can say about Black Friday, it's that people go all out to snag the best deals. But what if you applied that to marriage? Is your marriage better than a Black Friday Deal? People respond to Black Friday with the excitement, the rush, the determination to get that coveted item at an incredible price – it's palpable. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co But what if you were to apply that same fervor and dedication to your marriage? Would it result in a better, more fulfilling relationship? If you put in as much time into your marriage as you do to shopping Black Friday deals, imagine how much farther you could be as a couple? Spend your money and your time wisely on what really matters...Your marriage! The K.I.S.S. ~ Spend your money and your time wisely! Let's delve into what a spouse can do to have a marriage that surpasses even the most sought-after Black Friday specials. 1. Prioritize Communication: In the midst of the chaos that a Black Friday sale brings, communication becomes crucial. Couples need to communicate effectively and clearly, just like bargain hunters strategize their shopping spree. Open lines of communication in a marriage create a strong foundation for understanding, empathy, and compromise. Taking the time to listen and express your thoughts and feelings can make a tremendous difference in resolving conflicts, improving intimacy, and strengthening the overall connection between spouses. "Communication is the lifeline of any relationship. It allows both partners to understand, support, and grow together." ~ Kristianne Wargo 2. Embrace Gratitude: In the frenzy of searching for the best deal, it's easy to lose sight of what we already have. Similarly, in marriage, it's essential to cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Often, we tend to focus on what we lack or what's not working, becoming blind to the many blessings we share with our partners. Taking a moment each day to acknowledge and express gratitude for our spouse can create a positive shift in the relationship. It helps us appreciate their efforts, kindness, and love, fostering a deeper sense of connection and satisfaction. "Gratitude is like a magnet that attracts more blessings into your relationship. By focusing on the positives and expressing appreciation for your spouse, you create an environment of love and harmony." ~ Kristianne Wargo 3. Invest in Quality Time: Just as shoppers meticulously plan their Black Friday strategy to secure the best deals, couples need to invest time and effort into their marriage. Quality time is priceless. It allows couples to nurture their bond, create memories, and strengthen their emotional connection. Making a deliberate choice to spend uninterrupted, meaningful time together cultivates intimacy and reminds us why we fell in love in the first place. Whether it's going on regular date nights, engaging in shared hobbies, or simply having heartfelt conversations, dedicating time to your marriage will pay dividends that no material possession can match. "Investing time in your marriage is like investing in your future. The moments you share today will shape the foundation of tomorrow, which then becomes today. Presence counts more than presents." ~ Kristianne Wargo Marriage is not a fleeting Black Friday deal; it's a lifelong commitment. By prioritizing communication, embracing gratitude, and investing quality time, you can create a marriage that exceeds any special discount. Remember, the value of a loving and supportive partnership far surpasses the temporary fulfillment that a sale can bring. So, let's approach our marriages with the same passion, determination, and appreciation we reserve for Black Friday. The rewards will be immeasurable, and your marriage will thrive beyond your wildest dreams! "Be present. Be incredible.
