3744 How to Turn Doubt into Your Secret Weapon
Doubt is the silent killer of dreams—it sneaks in, freezes your progress, and whispers that you’re not enough. Every ambitious person faces it, but most let it derail their path to success. Here’s the brutal truth: if you don’t learn how to turn doubt into your secret weapon, it will keep robbing you of your potential. Doubt creeps in—subtle, sneaky, and relentless. Every ambitious person faces it. The crushing question: “Am I really cut out for this?” It shows up when the stakes rise, when your goals feel just out of reach, or when you stare at a blank page wondering if you have what it takes. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Left unchecked, doubt stalls your progress, freezes your momentum, and buries potential. But here’s the truth: doubt doesn’t have to be your enemy. It can become your secret weapon. Turning The Tables on Doubt The difference between those who quit and those who win isn’t a lack of doubt. It’s how they handle it. Most people treat doubt like a warning siren meant to stop them. What if you flipped the script? What if doubt is actually data? A signal that points to what you need to learn, refine, or address—not a verdict on your worth or ability. How would that elevate your direction? Because that is the key. If you run into a dead end, you have to find a detour. So, why not create one? Create your detour from doubt! The K.I.S.S. ~ Create your detour from doubt! Now, you've got your engines running. You can look beyond what was holding you back. No more using doubts as your excuse to not move forward or take that next step. Be bold and create your now! The detour is yours to take! Here are 3 game-changing ways to reframe doubt as your ally: 1. Separate Feelings from Facts: Treat Doubt Like Data, Not Drama Your brain is wired to trigger emotional alarms when uncertain, stretched, or stressed. That nervous pit in your stomach? That racing mind telling you you’re not ready? That’s called fear, not fact. Identify: “What do I know for sure?” versus “What am I imagining?” Example: You doubt your sales skills. Instead of surrendering to panic, list the actual data points. How many calls have you made? How many positive responses? Where exactly did the breakdown happen? This turns vague anxiety into concrete feedback. Remember: Feelings lie. Facts don’t. 2. Use Doubt as a Compass, Not a Cage Doubt signals where you’re pushing boundaries. It lights up the edges of your comfort zone—the exact place where growth lives. Instead of trying to erase doubt, ask: “What is this doubt telling me I need to learn or improve?” Build a habit of reflection: Write down your doubts. Identify what information or skills would minimize uncertainty. Create micro-goals that chip away at the unknown. This mindset keeps doubt as a motivating compass, pointing you toward the next smart action instead of freezing you in place. 3. Re-anchor Motivation in Purpose, Not Perfection Doubt thrives when you tether your value to results or flawless execution. Instead, anchor yourself in why you started. Your purpose is the fuel that powers you through the fog of doubt. When doubt whispers “You can’t,” reply: “I will because this matters more than fear.” Repeat this like a mantra when hesitation creeps in. Keeping your eyes on the transformation you want to create—for yourself and others—keeps doubt from paralyzing. It becomes background noise to the louder call of your mission. The Bottom Line: Use Doubt to Drive You Forward Your doubts aren’t roadblocks—they’re signposts. They highlight what’s unknown, what you need to master, and how deeply you care. By learning to separate emotion from evidence, using doubt as a compass, and fueling yourself with purpose, you transform doubt from a deterrent into a weapon of progress. Don’t let doubt slow down your dreams. Keep what you don’t know right in front of you—use it to conquer what you were created to do. You’ve got clarity. Let your doubt sharpen your edge, not dull your will. Create your now! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3743 The One Who Trusts in the Lord
“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” ~ Jeremiah 17:7-8 When life seems like it's unraveling, trusting God changes everything. Sometimes life looks like a tangled knot—so twisted and confusing you can’t tell front from back. You’re walking through a season where everything feels upside down: plans fall apart, circumstances feel out of control, and fear tries to sneak in. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But if there’s one thing Jeremiah 17:7-8 teaches us, it’s this: When you trust God, you’re planted deeply, rooted firmly, and unshakeable—even when the world feels like it’s falling apart. “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” — Jeremiah 17:7-8 (NIV) Trust Means Walking by Faith, Not by Sight Paul’s reminder in 2 Corinthians 5:7 couldn’t be clearer: “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” When the path ahead looks blurry, and your natural instincts scream “run” or “give up,” walking by faith means you choose to believe the unseen promises of God over your confusing circumstances. It’s choosing to say, “God, I don’t have the answers today, but I do know You are good. I do know You are faithful.” That kind of faith anchors your soul like a tree by the water, refusing to be swayed by drought, storm, or scorching heat. God Is Unchanging, Steady, and Faithful The world shifts—the job changes, relationships strain, health falters—but God remains the same: “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8) Your Father’s character is your firm foundation. When your surroundings feel like quicksand, His faithfulness is the solid ground beneath your feet. The psalmist confidently declares: “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” (Psalm 23:1) Even when you don’t see the way forward clearly, He is leading you gently and purposefully. The K.I.S.S. ~ The one who trusts in the Lord! What Happens When You Trust God? Your roots grow deeper. Like the tree Jeremiah talks about, your foundation grows strong by drawing life-sustaining nourishment from God’s presence (John 15:5). You bear fruit even in drought. Your faith produces peace, joy, and strength that defy circumstances (Galatians 5:22-23). Fear loses its grip. Trust in God pushes back anxiety because you know He’s in control (Isaiah 41:10). You live with hope and endurance. You keep moving forward, confident that God is working all things for your good (Romans 8:28). Your Next Move: Trust, Take One Step, Repeat Faith isn’t a one-time leap; it’s a daily decision. Start your day declaring: “I trust You, God, even when I can’t see the full picture.” Lean into prayer, Scripture, and the community of believers. Surround yourself with reminders of His goodness. You may not know tomorrow’s route, but you do know the Guide who never leaves your side. Final Thought When the season has you spinning, remember Jeremiah’s words: “Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord.” There is blessing, strength, and fruitfulness on the other side of trust. Root yourself deeply in Him. Walk by faith. God will carry you through the storm that seems impossible to survive. Nothing is impossible! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3742 When Love Makes You Feel Capable, Not Crazy
Marriage is meant to be a sanctuary—a place where you feel seen, supported, and capable of facing anything life throws your way. But all too often, the daily grind, the chaos of schedules, and the relentless overwhelm shift your marriage from a source of strength to a pressure cooker of frustration. Instead of feeling like a teammate, you may start to feel misunderstood and undervalued. It doesn't have to be this way—when love makes you feel capable, not crazy. That's when the entire dynamic changes. You move from surviving the chaos to thriving together, building a solid foundation that can handle anything. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The Invisible Drift: From Connection to Disconnection In the whirlwind of work deadlines, parenting duties, and endless to-dos, it’s easy to lose sight of why you fell in love in the first place. The very things that should unite you—a shared vision, mutual respect, and emotional safety—get buried under layers of exhaustion and distraction. When you aren’t feeling seen in your true capability, small irritations become criticisms, and misunderstandings spiral into conflicts. Instead of a partner, you feel like a problem to be managed or worse, a source of stress. The downward spiral begins. You can stop the downward spiral and change your direction when you live a different story. The K.I.S.S. ~ Live a different story in your marriage! Think about it. What if you could change the narrative? What if your marriage could be the place where you show up powerful, understood, and energized—even amidst the chaos? 3 Ways to Feel Capable in Your Marriage—Even When Life Is Crazy 1. Communicate Your Needs Clearly and Calmly Being seen as capable means your spouse recognizes and values the unique strengths and challenges you bring. This starts with clear communication—not just about what you need, but how you want to be supported. Instead of venting in frustration or shutting down, take a moment to express your needs calmly and specifically: “I’m feeling overwhelmed with the schedule this week. Could we look at the calendar together to balance things out?” “When you ask if I’m okay, it really helps me feel supported.” This kind of communication invites partnership rather than blame, building trust and understanding over time. 2. Create Small Rituals That Reconnect Chaos makes connection easy to lose—but it’s also easy to reclaim. Simple, consistent habits can remind you and your spouse why you’re better together: A 5-minute check-in before bed to share highs and lows A shared coffee or walk where the world’s distractions fade away Sending a quick text during the day to show you’re thinking of each other These small moments add up, reminding both of you that you’re a team, capable of navigating the hard stuff together. 3. Celebrate Progress, Not Perfection Feeling capable isn’t about getting everything right—it’s about knowing you’re doing your best, and that it’s enough. Celebrate each other’s efforts instead of pointing out shortcomings, especially when life feels messy: “I really appreciate how you handled the kids’ schedules this week, that took a load off my mind.” “Thanks for being patient when I was stressed out; it made a huge difference.” This shifts the lens from frustration to appreciation, boosting confidence, connection, and resilience. Reclaiming Your Marriage’s Power You deserve a marriage where you feel capable, loved, and understood. It starts by breaking the cycle of being seen as “crazy” or overwhelmed and stepping into the strengths you bring as a partner. By communicating clearly, reconnecting intentionally, and celebrating progress, you can turn the chaos into a catalyst for deeper love and unshakable partnership. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3741 No More Boredom Battles
Mom and Dad, let’s be real—summer can feel like a never-ending battlefield. You hear it countless times: “I’m bored!”—as if boredom is some mysterious monster your kids are fighting every single day. No more boredom battles. But here’s the twist: many kids don’t truly know what boredom means these days. With screens and tech gadgets vying for their attention 24/7, boredom often becomes a code word for “I want someone else to entertain me.” Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Technology’s a double-edged sword. We all carry it, we all have to deal with it. Yes, it’s opened incredible doors for learning, creativity, and connection—but it’s also tied children constantly to screens, making the challenge of engaging them off-screen all the tougher. So, how do you raise kids who roam with dirty hands, messy faces, and feet that take them on real-world adventures? How do you flip the script so boredom becomes a trigger for curiosity, movement, and growth—not complaints and screen-time meltdowns? Your reaction and words that you use when the screaming of "I'm bored" echoes through the house, will either derail you as a parent, or propel you to the top of the mountain—but you have to be willing to take a chance on what you know works for your child. Cover your ears and engage your hands. That's where your heart meets your child's curiosity. The K.I.S.S. ~ Cover your ears and engage your hands! Any high-pitch whine can have you running with the dogs. When you ignore the fuss of "I'm bored," that opens up the door for more. More fun. More experiences. More memories. Here are 3 battle-tested strategies to win the “boredom” war this summer—strategies that don’t involve new toys, expensive camps, or endless handing over your phone. 1. Invent Adventures Together Give your kids the gift of imagination. Sit down and co-create “mission days” where you’re all explorers, scientists, or nature detectives. Set challenges like: Backyard Safari: Hunt for bugs, leaves, and rocks. Who can find the weirdest insect? DIY Obstacle Course: Use cushions, ropes, and chalk to create a course that tests agility and creativity. Treasure Hunts: Write little riddles and clues leading them around the house or park. When kids are part of the plan, they move from passive “boredom victims” to active participants in the fun. Plus, peeling dirt from under fingernails beats any screen glow. 2. Create with What’s Around You Forget fancy kits or tech toys. Grab art supplies, recyclables, sticks, mud, or kitchen ingredients and make a mess. Paint rocks to decorate the garden, build forts, or whip up mud pies. These hands-on projects engage their senses and develop fine motor skills—not to mention ignite their creativity. You don’t need Pinterest-perfect results. Kids crave real experiences, the ones where they can get dirty, experiment, and own what they make—even if it’s messy or imperfect. 3. Turn Screen Time Into Stepping Stones Cutting off tech altogether is unrealistic—and not even necessary. Instead, use tech as a springboard. Let your child watch a nature documentary, then head outside to find the animals or plants featured in it. Or use a simple app to stargaze, then go outside at night to catch constellations. By connecting digital content to real-world action, you empower your child to use technology, not be used by it. You Are the Ultimate Distraction Remember: as a parent, you are the best distraction from boredom. Don’t buy into the trap that your kids’ “I’m bored” moments mean you have to shell out more money or let screens win the day. Instead, create your own adventures with your children. So, this summer, toss out the boredom scripts your kids throw at you. Pick up your dusty shoes, roll up your sleeves, and join their messy, joyous, adventurous world. Dirty hands, wild laughter, and tired feet? That’s parenting summer style—with no screams of “I’m bored” in sight. Go and create your now with your children; that's where memories are made. 3740 You are Worth the Fight!
Do you want more or something different, but struggle to keep that fire flickering? Maybe it’s dim. Maybe it’s drowned out by doubt. But it’s there — that restless urge for something better, bigger, truer to who you really are. You are worth the fight! Here’s the raw truth — no one ever started a real change when everything was perfect. Life is messier than that. Focus feels impossible when the world is pulling you every which way. Your to-do list is screaming, expectations are piling, your energy tanks are empty, and your brain keeps finding every excuse to wait. You’re not alone. Every single person who’s ever moved mountains has felt this exact heaviness. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But let me drop this reality bomb: waiting for “perfect focus” is the biggest trap your dreams want you to avoid. Focus isn’t a switch you flip. It’s a muscle you build—one tiny choice at a time. The difference between the dreamers stuck circling “one day” and the ones crushing their goals isn’t that the latter have clearer skies or fewer distractions. It’s that they refuse to let their obstacles be their story’s ending. They start messy, imperfect, scared as all get out — and they do it anyway. What keeps you frozen? Fear of failing? Remember: nobody remembers your mistakes; they only admire your comeback. Overwhelm? Break it down. One step. One minute. One word. Guilt or pressure? Screw the shoulds. Your mission is your rocket fuel. Lack of time? Build your fortress of focus around the minutes you do have — not the hours you wish for. Here’s your permission slip: You don’t need a grand, flawless plan. Just a bold, stubborn heart that says, “I’m worth the fight.” The K.I.S.S. ~ You are worth the fight! Dreams aren’t just for the lucky or the superhuman—they’re for the brave enough to start before feeling ready. So, right now? Make a tiny promise: Write down one clear goal in a sentence. Close your eyes and picture yourself already winning. Take one imperfect action today—no matter how small. Then, tomorrow, do it again. Rinse and repeat. Each step feeds your focus muscle. Each choice pushes back the noise. And slowly, that flicker of fire becomes an unstoppable blaze. You’re not stuck. You’re in the struggle necessary to become that bold, focused person your dream is calling you to be. Now, stand up. Shake off the doubt. Get fierce. The world is waiting for you to show up—not perfect, but persistent. Because here’s the real secret: Your dream doesn’t want you to give up. It needs you to get going. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3739 What Needs to be a BIG Deal?
When it comes to healthy living, it’s all too easy to get caught up in the endless list of “must-dos” and “should-haves.” Drink more water, eat kale, get 10,000 steps, meditate daily, sleep eight hours, cut out sugar, do strength training, track your macros, avoid screens before bed — the list feels relentless. And that’s exactly where many good intentions go to die: in the overwhelming noise of “all the things.” But what needs to be a BIG deal? Life isn’t about juggling everything perfectly all the time. It’s about identifying what truly needs to be a BIG deal in your routine — those few non-negotiable pillars that, when prioritized consistently, build your healthy habits and fuel your best life. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Why Less is More in Healthy Living Trying to do “all the things” can make you do nothing well. You get trapped in overwhelm. Your brain freezes under the weight of decisions and to-dos, and you eventually throw in the towel. Health is not a math problem with infinite variables; it’s a practice of consistently showing up for yourself on the essentials that matter most. Once you zero in on those, the rest falls into place naturally. So, What Needs to Be a BIG Deal Every Day? Ask yourself: What three things in a healthy lifestyle deserve your top priority? Here’s the kicker — the answer isn’t the same for everyone. It’s unique to you, your body, your goals, and your life circumstances. But here’s how you can find your BIG deals: 1. Identify What Energizes You — Not Drains You Notice which habits leave you feeling alive, strong, and clear-headed versus which ones feel exhausting or joyless. Your big deals should fuel your energy, not deplete it. Is movement energizing? Is a morning ritual that grounds you non-negotiable? Put those front and center. 2. Pinpoint What Prevents You from Thriving What are the habits or neglects that consistently disrupt your well-being? Maybe it’s poor sleep, skipping meals, or chronic stress. These areas require your urgent attention because when they slide, everything else suffers. 3. Choose Consistency Over Perfection The BIG deal habits don’t have to be grand gestures. Small, daily actions repeated over time shape your health’s trajectory. What few actions are manageable to do every day and still move the needle toward your best self? The K.I.S.S. ~ Create your now! The Three Pillars That Commonly Make the Cut While your unique BIG deals vary, these three pillars often emerge as foundational to a healthy lifestyle: 1. Movement That Feels Good Find some form of daily movement — walking, stretching, dancing, or strength work — that you actually enjoy. Movement isn’t punishment; it’s a celebration of what your body can do and a key to mental clarity. 2. Mindful Nourishment Focus on foods and meals that nourish and satisfy you, not just on restrictions. Think quality over calorie counting. Eating mindfully helps you build a positive relationship with food that supports sustained health. 3. Restorative Rest Sleep may just be the most underrated health habit. Prioritizing quality rest allows your body and mind to recover, boosts immunity, and improves mood. Even small evening rituals can transform your sleep patterns. Your BIG Deal, Your Celebration Healthy living isn’t about grinding through an impossible checklist. It’s about creating space to celebrate who you are — and who you are becoming — from the inside out. When you commit to your unique BIG deals, you free yourself from overwhelm and create momentum toward a life that feels vibrant and intentional. Life is beautiful. Life is precious. Make your health habits a celebration, not a chore. Know what needs to be a BIG deal, and make those the center of your every day. "Be present. Be incredible. 3738 Don't You Dare Dim Your Light
Life will try hard to drag you into the daily swirl of other people’s agendas, distractions, and endless to-do lists that don’t even belong to you. It’s easy — dangerously easy — to lose sight of your own purpose and settle for the scraps left over after you’ve tried to manage everyone else’s priorities. Don't you dare dim your light. Why? Because you deserve better. You deserve more than the hand-me-down ambitions and borrowed dreams that drain your energy and silence your spark. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com So I’m here to say this loud and clear — don’t you dare dim your light. Your light is not a malfunction, a mood, or a momentary flicker. It’s a blaze. You were created to shine bright, for a purpose on purpose. The world doesn’t need another watered-down version of you trying to fit into somebody else’s mold. It demands the real, raw, and relentless you — the “you” who is growing, stretching, and evolving into who you are becoming. Who you are becoming matters just as much as who you’ve been. Too often, we define ourselves by our past, our struggles, or even our current role. But your identity is not static. It’s a dynamic story of growth, learning, and transformation. When you embrace who you are becoming, you open the door for influence and impact that comes from authenticity and fearless evolution. Think about it. The people who move the needle, who change the game, who inspire others — they’re never just selling a product or idea. They’re selling themselves fully realized. They show up as the people they are becoming, not the ones they used to be. And that vulnerability? It’s magnetic. But this takes courage. It takes belief. You have to believe that you are worthy of your dreams, your vision, and your own spotlight — no matter what noise or pressure tries to talk you out of it. The K.I.S.S. ~ Don't you dare dim your light! And if you didn't know, here’s why you can’t afford to dim your light: Because the world needs your unique influence. There’s no one else with your combination of gifts, experiences, and vision. The impact you’re meant to make depends on you showing up fully. Because no one else can fight your fight. Your journey, your voice, your authenticity — these are your power weapons. If you hide them, your cause loses its fiercest champion. Because selling yourself short steals from your future. Settling for scraps today means missing out on the abundance waiting for you when you step boldly into your purpose. You are not here to be small, quiet, or safe. You are here to disrupt, to lead, to inspire, and to be a living legacy that makes the next generation brighter and braver. So, unless you want to live stuck in the background, tied to everyone else’s calendar and checklist, it’s time to make a decision: Will you dim your light or will you shine through the noise? I’m betting on the latter—because deep inside, you already know the answer. Your next move? Own who you are becoming. Show up boldly. Trust that your light is needed. Make your impact by leading with authenticity, courage, and purpose. Don’t settle. Don’t pause. Don’t hide. Create your now! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3737 How to Quiet Your Mind
If your brain is a noisy, cluttered mess, you won’t get far. Confusion doesn’t just cloud thinking—it demolishes action. And without action, your goals stay out of reach, buried under a pile of distracting thoughts, doubts, and what-ifs. You must learn how to quiet your mind. Let’s be real. When you don’t know exactly where you’re headed, the noise in your head hijacks your focus. Suddenly, every worry, outside opinion, or shiny distraction screams louder than your ambition. You start chasing the wrong things—or worse, you freeze. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Confusion Challenges Clarity. Clarity Kills Confusion. Imagine driving cross-country with your windshield covered in static. You think you’re moving forward until you suddenly crash into a ditch because you couldn’t see the road. That’s confusion. It’s a fog that distorts your vision so badly you can’t even tell which way is forward. Clarity is the windshield wiper. It cuts through the static. When you get crystal clear on your destination—what you want, why you want it, and what it looks like—the noise shrinks into white noise you can ignore. Why Does Noise Win? Because You're Feeding It. Here’s the kicker: The noise only dominates when you give it space. If you haven’t made the brutal decision about what you want (and what you don’t), your brain defaults to reacting to the loudest voices. Spoiler alert: These are rarely your own. When the goal is vague—“I want to be successful,” “I want to help people,” or “I want to figure it out”—your mind’s thirsty for specifics but only finds confusion. And in that vacuum, distractions rush in like vultures. Stop Trying to Multitask Your Way Out of the Chaos The worst thing you can do is try to shove every thought and idea into your mental hard drive at once. More noise equals less clarity, which equals less forward momentum. Instead, prune ruthlessly. The K.I.S.S. ~ Prune! Choose one clear objective. Define the one transformation you provide or the one problem you solve. That’s your north star. Everything else is background static. How to Silence the Noise? Pinpoint your destination — In one sharp sentence, answer: Who do I serve, what problem do I fix, and what transformation do I deliver? If you can’t say it, you aren’t clear enough. Write it down — Putting your goal on paper (or screen) traps the noise. Look at it daily. Let it be your reminder and your gatekeeper. Create mental boundaries — Block off distraction time. Turn off notifications. Give yourself space to focus on what matters. Reject shiny object syndrome — If it doesn’t align with your clear goal, ignore it—even if it looks like a “great opportunity.” Lean into discomfort — Silence isn’t just quiet sounds. It’s quieting your fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs. They scream the loudest when you try something new. Clarity Accelerates You, Noise Paralyzes You No one ever blasted off toward their dream with a storm of brain noise whipping around them. The leaders who win are those who say NO to confusion and YES to clarity, even when it feels uncomfortable. They make tough calls, set boundaries, and silence the static long enough to move forward fast. So, what’s your move? Are you going to let the noise drown out your potential—or are you going to get ruthless with your clarity, silence the chaos, and go all in? Remember: If you’re not clear on where you’re going, the noise is all you’ll hear. And if that noise is in charge, you’re lost. But when you quiet your mind, you silence the noise—create your now. 3736 Faith Over Fear
“The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?” — Psalm 118:6 (KJV) At first glance, this verse is bold, even audacious. It’s a statement packed with strength: when God is by your side, fear of what others think, say, or do loses its grip. Faith over fear. But what does that truly mean outside of Sunday sermons or quiet moments of prayer? What does living with “faith over fear” actually look like day-to-day? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com 1. Fear Is Real — But Faith Is Realer Fear is hardwired into us. The dread of rejection, failure, judgment, or harm can freeze the bravest souls. Fear whispers: "What if they say no? What if I lose? What if I’m not enough?" Psalm 118:6 flips that script. It’s not about ignoring fear but recognizing that something greater stands guard. Faith isn’t the absence of fear—it’s the courage to stand firm because of what you believe. It’s knowing God’s presence is infinitely more powerful than the opinions or actions of mere humans. 2. Faith Shows Up in Bold Decisions Living “faith over fear” means making choices that scare you—but you do them anyway. It could be: Speaking up for what’s right even when it’s unpopular. Launching a business or career move that feels risky. Setting boundaries with people who drain or diminish you. Saying “no” to conformity so you can say “yes” to your calling. Fear wants to keep you stuck in silence and safety. Faith propels you forward, anchored by the promise that God is on your side. 3. Faith Gives Peace Amid Uncertainty In real life, “not fearing man” doesn’t guarantee a smooth path. You will face criticism, misunderstanding, setbacks, and even betrayal. But faith is a shield that guards against the chaos. When you internalize Psalm 118:6, you develop an unshakable peace. You stop overanalyzing every reaction or outcome because your security rests in God’s favor, not human approval. The K.I.S.S. ~ Faith over fear! 4. Faith Transforms Your Identity Fear tells you that your worth depends on the acceptance of others. Faith reminds you whose you are. Living this verse means seeing yourself as loved, supported, and empowered by the Creator. That identity becomes your rock. You’re no longer tossed by every opinion or threat because you stand in the truth of God’s unwavering presence. 5. Faith Inspires Others to Bravery When you choose faith over fear, you become a beacon for those still trapped by fear. Your courage lights a path and invites others to consider that they, too, can live boldly, knowing God is their defender. Psalm 118:6 isn’t just a promise for you; it’s an invitation to others: “Come see what it looks like to fear less and live more.” Walk It Out: Putting Faith Over Fear Start small: Look for moments to choose faith in everyday decisions. Say what needs saying. Take a small risk. Practice prayer or meditation: Remind yourself regularly that God is by your side. Lean into scripture: Let verses like Psalm 118:6 root you in truth when anxiety creeps in. Surround yourself wisely: Engage with people who encourage your faith and celebrate your boldness. Faith Is Your Power Play Psalm 118:6 is a call to courage: The LORD is with you, so why fear what man can do? Living faith over fear is not naive optimism; it’s deliberate strength. It’s the daily choice to step forward with God as your shield, no matter what shakes your world. When you embrace that, fear loses its throne—and faith takes the lead. That’s not just biblical—it’s transformational living. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3735 Stop Doing What You Always Want
Marriage doesn’t come with an instruction manual, and life certainly doesn’t unfold the way we expect it to. You’re dealt unfair cards, opportunities slip through your fingers, and yet — somehow — you keep insisting on having things your way. But what happened to doing life together as a couple? If you want a marriage that lasts, it’s time for a mindset shift: stop always doing what you want. Think about what you do in your marriage now. How do you make decisions? Who makes those decisions? Are they one-sided, or do both of you share your thoughts and ideas? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Why We Fall Into the “Me-First” Trap It’s natural to want to fulfill your own desires. You are an individual, after all. But marriage is a partnership — a commitment to share your journey, all the ups and downs, with someone else. When you prioritize your own wants without truly including your spouse, you’re eroding that partnership. It’s not about losing your personality or your dreams. It’s about expanding your vision to include your partner’s heart and mind alongside your own. The K.I.S.S. ~ Become couple-centered! How Do You Become Couple-Centered Instead of Self-Centered? Becoming a couple-centered spouse means you actively choose to weave your decisions, desires, and daily life with the perspective of "we” rather than “me.” It’s about respect, communication, and intentionality. Here are three practical moves any spouse can make to ensure they stop doing what they want and start including their spouse in the picture. 1. Check Yourself Before You Act — Practice Intentional Pause Before you make decisions, especially big or impactful ones, pause. Ask yourself: “Would my spouse agree with this?” “How will this affect us?” “Have I asked for their input?” This pause is your gateway to shifting from reactive, self-focused action to thoughtful consideration. It interrupts the autopilot mode of “doing what I want” and opens the door to dialogue, even if just internally at first. 2. Prioritize Open and Honest Communication Couples don’t magically sync up just because they share a house. You have to communicate. This isn’t about endlessly debating or impressing your point of view. It’s about genuinely inviting your spouse to share their thoughts, feelings, and preferences—and then valuing what they say enough to let it influence your decisions. Make it a habit to check in regularly: “What do you think about this?” “How do you feel if we do it this way?” “I want us both to be happy — help me see your side.” When communication moves from “telling” to “listening,” you create space for collaboration. 3. Create Shared Goals and Boundaries Marriage isn’t just about compromises made in the moment — it’s about creating a shared vision for your life together. Sit down and map out your priorities, values, and non-negotiables as a couple. What do you want your relationship to look like in five years? Ten? What are the things you both agree are important? Having these shared goals serves as a compass for decision-making and helps prevent the “me-first” mindset from derailing your journey. You’re not just living alongside each other; you’re building a life with a common purpose. Final Truth: Marriage Means You’re Not Solo Anymore Stop doing what you always want. Start doing what you both want — or at least what you agree on after you listen and compromise. Marriage isn’t about losing yourself; it’s about growing into a “we” that’s stronger, wiser, and more joyful than “me” ever could be. "Be present. Be incredible.
