Today's conversation is with Jordan Syatt, a man with a range of experience in the fitness industry. A 5x World Record Powerlifter, Precision Nutrition and Westside Barbell Certified coach, with a Bachelors of Science in Health & Behaviour Science.

Today's conversation is with film maker Duncan Cowles, who many of you will know from the BBC's Scary Adult Things.
Duncan shares his background and how he become involved in creating films and making documentaries.
This leads us to his newest release and first TV series, Scary Adult Things which is a documentary exploring millennial problems.
We explore the why behind the series, and motivation for each episode themes including living at home with parents, side hustles, drinking, gaming, feeling connected, and fitness.
Naturally, we focus on the fitness episode 'Health is wealth' and explore what Duncan learnt, his own fitness, and his expectations of what I would be like to interview.

61) Losing 160lbs and gaining identity as a runner with Brendan Carpenter
Today's conversation is with Brendan Carpenter, a runner from Canada who has accomplished a huge weight loss transformation.
We learn about Brendan's background, growing up as a sporty child who began to peak in his weight gain towards the end of high school. As part of this we explore relationship with food, emotional eating and childhood dynamics in school.
