Amelia Boone is a longtime pro athlete living in Colorado. Amelia is one of the most decorated OCR athletes ever, winning four World Championships across Spartan and Tough Mudder. She has also had a decorated trail running career over many years. A few weeks ago, Amelia published a newsletter titled "Past My Prime," which explores aging as a pro athlete, yet finding joy as a lifelong practitioner of sport. Grayson Murphy is a pro runner for Saucony, living in Utah. She is a two-time trail running world champion in 2019 and 2023. In addition to being among the best short course athletes for several years, Grayson was one of the first to be a true crossover runner, racing on the road, track, and trail. She's also an entrepreneur, building a stationery business as she pursues running at the highest level. Chris Myers is a professional trail runner living in Boulder, CO. He is also a visual effects artist in the entertainment industry, working on movies, TV, and streaming media.
