89. How To Live Every Moment And Love Every Day with Adam Roa
Everyone talks about self love as if it's something that just appears out of nowhere, as if we should just expect to love ourselves infinitely without any effort, but it's more complicated than that. Everyone is looking for love, it's part of being human, but if we don't feel it from ourselves we become dependent on getting it from other people. That can start us on a dangerous path of focusing on what other people think of us and trying to please them, instead of focusing on our own legitimate needs.
In any relationship, love is the result of how much effort you put into it, how much quality time you dedicate to it, the depth of understanding you can build within it, and how far you will go to do what is best for it. Your relationship with yourself is no different. People change, places change, but no matter what you do, where you go or who you are, you will always have to live with yourself. So learn to accommodate yourself, learn to listen and take time to focus on your needs. Self love can be the source of your greatest strength, whether you share it with others or use it to get through challenging times.
These are the tips that Adam Roa leaves us in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
Adam's advice is to treat self love like anything else we want to bring into our lives, start by introducing a few good habits, letting yourself do what makes you happy until it becomes a part of who you are. The journey of life is a long one, so make sure you enjoy every step, and make your daily routine a joyous dance of celebration, appreciation, and most of all love for yourself.
Adam is a transformational artist and international speaker committed to showing the world what it looks like to choose love over fear in every moment. Combining years of experience as a personal development coach and over a decade of experience as a filmmaker and performer, he blends the two worlds in a way that encourages others to see life as art.
Love is the answer, love is the key - Adam Roa

88. How To Empower Your Choices With Knowledge with Sanja Kon
We live in an age of change. Everything we thought we knew about the world just a few years ago is suddenly being challenged by new ideas, and things that we were sure about suddenly find themselves called into question. And that's great! It's totally natural to hesitate a moment, or to be unsure about things that we don't fully understand, and that's exactly why the most important tool at your disposal is knowledge.
It's not always easy to see the big picture, our whole culture is geared towards instant gratification, but there are powerful trends happening all around us, and we should definitely be paying attention. Looking at the short term, innovations like Cryptocurrency might fluctuate now and then, but as Sanja Kon sees things the long-term trajectory is only going one way. Which will you choose? To follow what everyone around you is doing or to take responsibility for your own choices?
For Sanja, empowering yourself with all the information you need to make the right choices is essential if you want to be a pioneer and avoid being left behind by the changing times we live in. Cryptocurrencies have already started changing the world. How should we respond? It's not always easy; people around us, voices on social media or even established institutions feel that hesitation about radical action. The status quo is comfortable for many, but if you know that you want change, be bold, and trust yourself to take the decisions you feel are right.
On the frontiers of innovation, there are no examples to follow, and that's exactly what makes it so exciting! Get informed, keep an open mind, live in the moment while always building for tomorrow. That's the mantra for momentum towards a different kind of life.
These are the tips that Sanja Kon leaves us in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
Sanja is the CEO of Utrust, a speaker at international conferences, a mentor, and a coach. Her vision is to share the knowledge on how the digital landscape impacts consumer's behaviors. She's got extensive experience in delivering sustainable revenue growth in multinationals and startups within the E-Commerce and Fintech industry.

87. How To Understand The True Meaning Behind Every Cathartic Moment That Happens In Your Life with Dave Hollis
When we're at our lowest point, we often feel helpless and hope that some kind of miracle will just happen. But what we might have forgotten is that we actually have everything we need to fix things. We are the miracle. We have the tools inside us. Don't just wait till someone comes and throws you a rope for you to climb up, build your own ladder instead. Think about it, where you are today didn't just happen like that. It took pain, struggle, and tears. Push yourself beyond what you think you can handle. In fact, forget what you think, and trust what you believe. It will reconfigure your capacity to overcome.
You need to wake yourself up and just do what has to be done. Struggle, fall, and rise again. If you can push yourself into spaces that are truly uncomfortable and challenging, you will be stronger when you emerge on the other side. Facing fear and hardship, the choice is whether to experience post-traumatic stress, or post-traumatic growth. If you don't grow, you can't be fulfilled. If you want fulfilment, then you have to change your relationship with failure.
As Dave Hollis says, 'Those that can see the obstacles, the challenges, and the discomfort as the vehicle to becoming who they'd hope to be, they're the ones who evolve and manifest their ultimate potential.' If you can contend with these dichotomies - hope and grief, excitement and fear, then eventually you'll see that that is a source of strength in itself. The journey ahead will take you up steep slopes and down into valleys, but you must always keep moving.
These are the tips that Dave Hollis leaves us in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
Dave Hollis is a New York Times best-selling author, host of the popular Rise Together podcast, a keynote speaker and a life and business coach on GrowthDay. He's the father to four kids, a four-time foster parent, an avid runner, a sports memorabilia enthusiast, and he drives a 1969 Ford Bronco.

86. How To Effortlessly Draw The Best Out Of Yourself With Oren Harris
These days it's become all about strategy, always trying to be two steps ahead of everyone else, second guessing ourselves and everyone around us, but is that really the path to fulfillment and happiness? Aren't we at risk of just trying to win at someone else's game?
If we were able to retain our natural human focus, we would always ask those kinds of great questions. Just think of the way in which a child approaches the world - always full of curiosity and innocence, open, ready to learn, ready to accept whatever new situations they encounter. If you can nurture that sense as you grow up, you'll find yourself able to access a deep level of unconscious wisdom.
You just need to trust the moment, keep your mind silent, be in the present, and allow the silence to actually flow through you. You'll be able to harmonize and balance everything. Rather than getting ready to respond, or always trying to think a few moves ahead, you will feel the presence of a deep consciousness within you. The more you let go, the more you'll start to realize that if you're present in the moment, then you have everything you need. And you can let the moment itself create you.
When we're in harmony with our true nature then we're in harmony with our higher selves, and everyone else's higher self as well. That's when every action we take will effortlessly harmonize with the world around us.
Find it within yourself and tune in right. The natural impulses which just arise in your mind, spontaneously. Let them come. Let your inner dialogue manifest however it will, free and natural. You might be surprised by the depth of insight you had inside you all along.
These are the tips that Oren Harris leaves us with in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
Oren is a transformational coach, a spiritual teacher, and a pioneer on the leading edge of human consciousness. His primary mission in life is creating Heaven on Earth, a place where people wake up to their true selves and live a limitless life of contribution and fulfillment.
He helps high performing leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives tap into the incredible power of flow and intuition to have a profound impact on the planet through the full expression of their souls' gifts. Despite his impressive accolades and abilities, Oren's real super power is simply his love and presence which reminds people of who they really are and effortlessly draws the best out of them.
If you want to learn to effortlessly draw the best out of yourself, stay until the end of this podcast and remember:

85. Ever feel like your living a nightmare with Maria Betancur
Many of us are too scared to see what the future looks like. We are too scared because we think we're not able to move forward.
When you know that you've done all the hard work for you to get you where you are today, and your in love with who you are. There is no more looking back.
It's not going to be easy, trusting the unknown is scary. But as my great friend, Maria says "There's no light without darkness.", you have to get out of that mindset and build the sacred dreams.
And this is what stops you from achieving something bigger. All you've got to do is believe in yourself, because you've done all the hard work, you have enough experiences, and you have learned enough.
The thing that we could and should do is let go of expectations, surrender to what life is throwing at you, start healing yourself, and you can slowly see that change.
With patience and trusting in yourself, you'll find the balance that you need. And once you find that balance, you'll win.
These are some life amazing insights that @maria shares with us in this episode of Resilient Minds Podcast.

84. How To Build A Broad Vision Of The World Through Acceptance And Change With Anthony Trucks
Have you ever wondered what life means to you?
Life means whatever you want it to mean, only you know what is good for you and what really makes you happy. Do not allow others to implant in you ideals about what you should do or where you should go. Turn a deaf ear to criticism and external opinions that do not add up to you.
Learn to stand like the giraffe, with your head held high, having a wide perspective of the whole panorama and never stoop to seeing things the way others want you to see them.
Today people expect that we all think and feel the same.
As an exercise, stand in front of a mirror, look in it and ask yourself if you are at that point in your life where you always wanted to be, if you are not, do you think it is time to change? What do you need to change your situation? The most important thing is to decide to do it, accept it and make the real change happen.
As advice, identify the rhythm of your life, that will give you peace and tranquility, help you understand yourself a little more and change your way of thinking.
These are the tips that Anthony Trucks leaves us in this episode of Resilient Minds Podcast.

83. How To Build A Successful Business Based On Educational Marketing With Damian Lanfranchi.
When we are entrepreneurs, most people do not know our history. They do not know why we decided to enter as such, the risky decisions we have made and the situations we have faced.
In every project, there are ups and downs, but it depends on ourselves, to give it direction, meaning and strength, for this there are golden rules that we must take into account.
No matter where you go, what you do, or who you are, you can always go further and run all over the place, as long as you keep pushing harder every time.
The common factor that all successful companies have is helping others. This is the source of inspiration for the birth of so many good ideas that have existed and that will exist later in the world.
On the other hand, every business that leaves the market is because they cannot create consistent sales and this is a fundamental key. In addition to the inability to solve complex situations assertively.
Create educational based marketing, this is about generating an argument that adds value and education to potential prospects.
These are the tips that Damian Lanfranchi leaves us in this episode of Resilient Minds Podcast

82. How To Create An Authentic, Strong, And Sustainable Legacy With Jamal Miller
Our legacy is the mark we leave on the world, through the teachings and love we give to our children, our partner, our family, and ourselves.
To build an authentic and sustainable legacy over time, we must understand certain things:
No matter who you are, or what you do, the temptation will always come to you and when we make mistakes, it is precisely that negative energy that will not allow us to return to positive energy, to make us feel so guilty, so dirty that we will feel that we are not deserving of its forgiveness. Do the best you can and remember that we can always return to God.
Finding and realizing what our purposes and responsibilities are in this world, because everything that has been created is with a purpose in mind, with a for and why. From the chair where you are sitting or the desk you use to work, it has a reason to be. Make sure that everything you create always has a productive and above all positive end.
Love exists in different forms, love towards God, towards our parents, our children, our partner, and towards ourselves are one of the many forms of love. Each one of them should be based on servanthood, but what do we mean by that? This is about placing the happiness of the other before ours, of understanding their needs and giving them the correct value, if the other person puts it into practice as well, there is no way that the relationship will fail.
These are the great lessons that Jamal Miller leaves us in this episode of the Resilient Minds Podcast.
Jamal and Natasha Miller; founded Miller Media Group, now the parent company to widely known online programs The One University, Profit in Purpose Academy, Leader School, and Everyday Seminary.
They have since been featured in Forbes, BET, JET magazine, and have been guests on a CBN segment - all in the grand effort to reduce the divorce rate in America. With a powerhouse team of digital marketers, Miller Media Group reaches an online audience in the millions, and The One University has graduated over 7,000 students.
Jamal is an Amazon best-selling author of "25 Ways to Prepare for Marriage Other Than Dating," the CEO of Miller Media Group, and founder of Profit in Purpose. Natasha is the creator and founder of the Fearless Women Mentorship program, and both are associate pastors at All Nations Worship Assembly in Chicago. Together, they have two beautiful daughters, Harvest Ann and Melodie Grace.

81. How To Achieve Effective Communication And Rapport With People To Be Successful With Paul Mascetta
Times have changed and we are with them.
We have evolved, always seeking to make our lives and our jobs easier.
It is for them that we must take advantage of the opportunities that we have today. The internet offers us a whole world of possibilities, tools, and knowledge that will not reach us if we are not willing to seek and implement them.
In these times the person who is left behind and does not flow with the changes is because they want to. There are no excuses.
The key is effective communication, to achieve it you need to be aware. Aware of your own feelings, thoughts, and actions, but also be aware of the feelings, thoughts, and actions of other people.
Persuasion is a concept that many confuse with manipulation. In school, they teach us to be smart to get a job, but they do not teach us to persuade the recruiter to choose us. The truth is that the education that we should have is to speak to others in the correct way and not just wait for the moment when the other stops talking for us to start doing it.
Vulnerability, yes, vulnerability is an important aspect. Believe it or not, people are more interested and care more about those stories where you show yourself vulnerable than those where you were the hero. People seek to identify with you, create an emotional connection and that is where rapport is born, that powerful tool that helps us greatly to achieve truly effective communication.
These are the tips that Paul Mascetta leaves us in this episode of the Resilient Minds podcast.

80. How To Invest Time In Yourself To Recharge Energies And Offer The Best To Others With Jay Cardiello.
We are all athletes and as such, we train, set goals, compete and go through situations that lead us to doubt whether to continue on our way or not, as in every process there are ups and downs, but it is up to you to make the decision to continue and achieve everything you dreamed of.
To do this, you must be aware that you need to recharge your energy and this is achieved through the time you invest in yourself.
This is a concept that many qualify as selfish and the truth is that today we forget to dedicate that space to ourselves in the day. We all need moments of solitude to reconnect with ourselves, with our true essence, in this time you can do whatever you want, there is no magic formula. Practice your favorite sport, read a book, go swimming, do what your body and heart tell you and you will gradually find a better version of yourself with which you will feel happy and that you can offer to others. If you don't invest time in yourself, how will you be able to invest time in others? If you don't condition yourself, how will you be able to condition others?
Never give yourself the opportunity to ask What if ... Try new things, take risks and gain wisdom about the experiences that come from them.
Help others as if it were an extension of yourself. Give your neighbor the best you can offer, treat them as you would like to be treated, with love and patience.
Last but not least, it is to be really grateful with God, with the universe for all those things that you have learned, that you have lived, in which you have been successful and in which you have not, because of them you have learned and grown.
These are the tips that Jay Cardiello leaves us in this episode of the Resilient Minds Podcast.
Jay Cardiello, an entrepreneur in the Health & Wellness Space, a former writer for Verywell Fit covering men's health and general fitness.
For 10-years he served as a professional coach in such sports leagues as the NFL and MLB, and today has worked with some of the biggest names in entertainment such as 50 Cent, JLO, Rami Malek, and Sofia Vergara.
He is a TEDx speaker, has authored two best-selling wellness books, co-starred in the ABC Television production My Diet is Better Than Yours, and most recently developed a 12-Week Behavioral Intervention Program designed to treat addiction, PTSD, and obesity.
If you want to break down that false belief about investing time in ourselves, stay until the end of this podcast and remember:
