From Struggling in the First Year to Developing a Luxury RV Resort with Nicole Dufala
Nicole Dufala is a wife, mom, and real estate junkie. She started in the business in 2001 as a real estate appraiser. She obtained her RE license in 2010, struggled through her first year in the business until joining KW in 2011 and began building a team. Nicole’s husband joined her in 2013 to open up the investment division of the team.
From there Nicole and her husband have grown their team to 10, added new construction projects, vacation rentals, flip/holds and are now in the process of developing a waterfront Luxury RV resort.
