How will your business be impacted if you continue to do everything by yourself? For host Andresa Guidelli, working from sunup to sundown exhausted her of all energy to the point where her business began to suffer the consequences. When she opened herself up to the idea of asking for help, she was pleasantly surprised at the positive impact it made on her real estate career. Striving for financial freedom and a balanced life is a unifying theme for The Real Estate InvestHER community. This also applies to Parameshwari Baladandapani (Param Bala) and her journey. The physician, mom, real estate investor and coach grew up in India with parents who managed properties and had big dreams for Param’s professional life. How do you get over the fear of building partnerships? When it comes to real estate, we all know that relationship building is a crucial skill. However, this aspect of the industry may not come naturally to everyone. In today's minisode, host Liz Faircloth shares tips on how to master relationship building as an introvert.  If building relationships is difficult for you, Liz explains that you want to get clear on two things: the who and the how. First, identify who is important to you and who you want to do business with. Then, develop a plan for how you will build that relationship. Liz explains that the “how” portion does not always require you to have a drawn out conversation; instead, this part of the process can sometimes be delegated to other members of your team or even a social media campaign. However, if you consider yourself an introvert, it is crucial that you intentionally create time for honing your relationship building skills, or else it probably won't happen.  No matter how you approach it, the most important step towards establishing meaningful relationships is staying true to yourself. “We don’t need to optimize every dollar,” says Chelsea Brennan, Founder of Smart Money Mamas. “We need to optimize your dollars to work for you." Chelsea grew up with the idea that wealth brings praise and prestige, and for a while, this money story worked for her.
