One of the reasons people go into real estate is to build wealth. However, a lot of investors still struggle to charge what they’re worth and actually make money on a deal. Most of the time, it is left as an afterthought and they end up taking less than what they worked for. In this minisode, we tackle why personal profit should be a priority. They say the riches are in the niches, but we all know that getting into one doesn’t guarantee instant success. In this minisode, Liz and Andresa talk about how to make the big step into a smaller market. They advise against jumping into a niche without doing some research and having an understanding of the industry. They also emphasize the importance of joining communities and listening to people who have experience in that particular asset class. Being a landlord comes with a lot of responsibilities.
