After the 2008 recession, she shifted to real estate technology, excelling in the industry for 13+ years. They begin by stating that they are not recommending investing in real estate without proper knowledge or guidance. It is essential to read real estate books and be aware of the different strategies. However, they urge you to expand your library and recommend three books that have helped them in their journey. The first book is "Unreasonable Hospitality" by Will Guidara. This book teaches high-level hospitality, which can be applied to running a real estate business, especially in short-term or mid-term rentals. The second book is "How to Talk So Kids Will Listen" by Adele Faber. Although it's a parenting book, Liz and Andresa believe that communication skills are crucial in building a sustainable real estate business. And the last book is “Radical Compassion” by Tara Brach.
