They begin by stating that they are not recommending investing in real estate without proper knowledge or guidance. It is essential to read real estate books and be aware of the different strategies. However, they urge you to expand your library and recommend three books that have helped them in their journey. The first book is "Unreasonable Hospitality" by Will Guidara. This book teaches high-level hospitality, which can be applied to running a real estate business, especially in short-term or mid-term rentals. The second book is "How to Talk So Kids Will Listen" by Adele Faber. Although it's a parenting book, Liz and Andresa believe that communication skills are crucial in building a sustainable real estate business. And the last book is “Radical Compassion” by Tara Brach. She loves traveling to beach areas, cooking, and transforming houses into comfortable living spaces. Belinda owns Ebohnie LLC and other businesses. Kristen is a former software engineer turned nomadic traveler who eventually settled in Philadelphia. After working as a teacher, she transitioned into real estate, where she has been working as a realtor for 8 years and as an active investor for 3 years.   In this episode, Kristen and Belinda share their journey on how they scaled their portfolios within a community. They started with less than five properties and now have 14 and 39 doors, respectively.
