I didn't want to do an episode about my problems. I hope I have succeeded. I am very depressed right now, and I'm having trouble doing much of anything. I usually use broadcasting as an escape, and at the risk of sounding airheaded, the universe guided me to dive right into my despondency. Many of you feel like I do, and I am rather disgusted by the vile pseudo-alpha-male culture that tries to present itself as invulnerable. I lack the motivation to brush my teeth, let alone build my "Instagram-ready fantasy life." So I will talk about all this in the new episode.

The No Good Dirty Scoundrel Instant Gratification
I have to start off by saying sorry. Towards the end of the episode, there are some audio problems and it's all my fault. I used the lapel mic and got animated, at which point it wrapped up in my clothes. I edited out most of it but sorry nonetheless. Instant gratification has been the bane of my entire existence. Addiction, fat loss, muscle building, relationships, etc have all been ruined by my need for things to give me an immediate return on investment.
