So every pinpoint can be solved, go to landacademy.com.Scott: Check out swipepages.com, it's a pretty cool alternative to LeadPages and when you build a landing page quickly just further proof, you don't need a website for your land business. You can just use a landing page like this. It's super simple.Jill: Check out neighborscoop.com. You just put the state, county; it's a one-stop way to do the origins when looking at the property. Since 2011, Rachel has, motivated to control her time and destiny, and is helping others do the same.Listen in as they discuss:Rachel’s journey to wealth creation.Bruce’s journey in the wealth industry.Money managementWhat does The Money Advantage do?Is insurance by itself an investment? What it takes to become a wealth creator. The benefits of using privatized banking. What happens to a contract if you cannot repay your loan?Who is privatized banking not for? And, more!TIP OF THE WEEKMark: My tip of the week is learn more: figure out your cash flow, start building wealth, start learning about the miracle of compound interest, and how you can benefit from these. As long as you’re responsible, get on a call with Rachel & Bruce. Learn more, themoneyadvantage.com.Scott: A lot of times you get this PDF document and you have to make some edits to it. If you don’t have a PDF editor on your computer, go to a little website called cloudconvert.com. Upload your file, you can edit to your heart’s content and download it. Rachel: Go read the book The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason. It’s super easy to read but I love that it is very foundational, financial principles and it starts with Set thy Purse to Fattening. It is the idea of paying yourself first and if you are building that foundational savings, have it. You’re really going to set yourself, head and shoulders above anything, any other strategy. It’s really focusing on what financial principle do I want in place in my life. After you have a principle then you can have a strategy to accomplish your goals, and then look at the tactics or the financial products. That is where the book can start laying out the foundational principles for you.Bruce: My tip is, to consume everything you possibly can consume from Dan Sullivan Strategic Quotes because Dan’s whole mindset is about wanting to set your life up so that you’re in a business setting whether as an employee or as a business owner or investor. You want to set your whole life up where you’re taking your own abilities so you never need to retire. Because as Dan says, when you look at the word retire means take out of service, so you’re no longer useful. Strategic quotes from Dan Sullivan, I would consume as much stuff as you can, and for the entrepreneurs out there 10x Multiplier Mindset Podcast (10x Talk Podcast) with Joe Polish & Dan Sullivan is very valuable for people.Want To Listen More?Did you enjoy this episode? It's a book called Happy Money by Elizabeth Dunn and Dr. Michael Norton. It's not about building wealth, it's about if you have a dollar what is the best thing you can do with it that will actually lead to more fulfillment and happiness, and it's all based on research. And The Simple Path to Wealth: Your Road Map to Financial Independence and a Rich, Free Life by JL Collins is the single-best primer I've read that matches my philosophy for how one would use the public markets to build wealth. It explains compounding interest on how we retire on passive income in more detail than I've ever read before. Another great book is The Psychology of Money: Timeless lessons on wealth, greed, and happiness by Morgan Housel, it's mental tricks about money that we can fall prey to or we can take advantage of. It's deeply-researched, wonderfully written.Did you enjoy this episode? Check it out!Shane: One book I really enjoyed is by Keith J. Cunningham called Keys to the Vault, some of the experts out there say he is the real Rich Dad Poor Dad behind the Robert Kiyosaki; and if you read some of his books, he's got a lot of wisdom as it relates to risk, understanding deals, deals structures whether it's raising capital or investing. Even with my own book, I think that's probably one of the best resources that I could point to your audience.Isn’t it time to create passive income so you can work where you want, when you want and with whomever you want?

My tip of the week is frankbria.com.Scott: If the system in the workflow is your thing, make sure you follow us at processmodo.com for Process Thursday every week. Every Thursday we're building others processes and maybe yours is there too.Frank: There's a book that I absolutely love that I like to recommend for anyone who's looking at their business model and making shifts in it, it's called Getting to Plan B: Breaking Through to a Better Business. Anyone who's done any serial entrepreneur work knows that Plan A never works, so if you started out a business and processes, and finds you're struggling, you're not alone. You can check the book on Amazon by John Mullins and Randy Komisar. It's a ton of great stories about large companies where they have a pivot and getting really creative about it. I think people who get out of the book start to think very creatively about what needs to change in order to become a scalable business model.Isn’t it time to create passive income so you can work where you want, when you want and with whomever you want?
