#75 Hormesis and Antifragility the Keys to Stress Adaptation
Imagine being in the middle of freakin nowhere - cold, harsh wilderness
Would you be able to survive? Will you die? Or can you become a stronger version of yourself?
That's what every life form on this planet has had to deal with - early life on Earth was hazardous and it posed some severe adaptation mechanisms on all that was to survive.
Charles Darwin said in On the Origin of the Species:
It is not the strongest or the most intelligent of the species that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.
That’s what we’ll be talking about in today’s Body Mind Empowerment podcast. It's a rebroadcast of episode #8 published last year. I'm putting it out here again to share this idea with new listeners.
