That's why I think the ability to adapt to different nutritional and environmental stressors is such a vital component to optimal health and longevity.
They say there are a lot of benefits to intermittent fasting. However, it doesn't matter how good it is if you're not able to fast at all. That's why you'd want to follow certain guidelines and recommendations to make it easier.
