#264 The Redox Revolution - with Andrew Genovese
> Sign Up For Our Newsletter: http://www.firsthuman.com/being-human-newsletter/
This week I swing out with Andrew Genovese, a Dimensional Breathwork teacher/facilitator, sacred space holder, plant medicine guide, visionary, and New Earth Ambassador.
On his journey to heal his traumas, Andrew found breathwork and now uses it to tap into the central nervous system to calm the mind and purify the body. This work allows us to let go of our physical body and permits the subconscious and unconscious mind to bring to the surface whatever is ready for us to process and release fully.
He has now become an ambassador for a technology he claims to be as powerful as breathwork: reduction/oxidation or redox. Redox signaling molecules are produced within every cell in your body and act as cellular messengers or activators. These molecules are critical in keeping oxidation in check and preventing cellular damage. The company he represents claims to have created a bottled form of these molecules.
We talk:
How Andrew cured a chronic, painful condition through breathwork alone
Why the lack of ‘chi’ is at the root of ill health
The Redox breakthrough
The ending of the dark age of the Kali Yuga

#257 Self-Organisation Now! Sparking The Revolution - with Niels Pflaeging
> Sign Up For Our Newsletter: http://www.firsthuman.com/being-human-newsletter/
This week I speak with Niels Pflaeging, researcher and author on organisational leadership and transformation.
Niels is a tour de force on a mission to create a world of 'Beta' organisations. He borrows the 'beta' concept from software development, where 'beta' systems are constantly being iterated. Beta organisations are decentralised and comprise small, self-sustaining autonomous teams in the mould of Handelsbanken or Buurtzorg. Niels claims his beta model is the best a company can adopt to thrive in complexity and to enable human flourishing.
Niels pulls no punches in describing our present management paradigm, nor his views on applying complexity science in business.
Niels shares:
Why command and control 'Alpha' organisations stink
The difference between Blue (complicated) and Red (complex) systems
Why complexity frameworks are BS
The issue with consent-based decisions making
How to transform to a decentralised 'Beta' organisation in 90 days
