870. Out Of The Box Marketing Ideas To Get Seen And Grow An Audience

Social media ads and traditional PR can be so expensive these days that you have to think outside the box when it comes to getting your name out there, especially as a startup. Lauren and I share ten creative ways that we’re using to get people talking about Lite Pink. We discuss why we love text lists, creating opt-ins for Earn Your Happy listeners, and why I decided to write a book while simultaneously launching Lite Pink. I talk about where I see alot of early entrepreneurs get stuck and why it’s more important to just put something out there instead of constantly tinkering with it until it’s ‘perfect.’ Lauren and I also touch on how we’re working on overcoming negative self-talk and constantly comparing ourselves to other brands who seem to have it all figured out. Note to self: no one actually does!    IN THIS EPISODE, WE TALK ABOUT: Recharging on a girls trip in Napa  Getting strategic about a podcast tour to reach adjacent audiences  Utilizing text lists for R&D  The importance of tangible in-person experiences  The crossovers and differences between my personal brand and Lite Pink What we’re most excited about when it comes to launching an app  Getting into the TikTok space  Accepting that you can’t excel at everything    RESOURCES Sign up for The Spritz newsletter at litepink.com! 869. Is it Hustle? Or is it Flow? Which One Is The Truth?

Chris and I have noticed this big cultural shift from the hustle and grind mindset to letting things flow and take their natural course. Which one is better? Like most things, I think it’s best to exist somewhere in the middle of the two extremes. We talk about learning how to hustle with boundaries, giving yourself at least one day a week to be present, and practicing intentional planning. There are moments and seasons when you’re going to have to give it your all, but recognize that you and your team need time to recharge afterwards. Chris and I share how we’ve found the balance of hustle and flow and our advice for avoiding burnout as an entrepreneur.    IN THIS EPISODE, WE TALK ABOUT: Figuring out what moves the needle and what’s not worth your energy  Maintaining your morning routine during a busy season  The massive, exhausting hustle that’s behind every accomplishment  Why you need to make your decision and then release it  What we do to rest and recover after a launch    RESOURCES Sign up for The Spritz newsletter at litepink.com!
