339: Stop Negotiating Your Goals

In This Episode You Will Learn About: Old default responses that lead to negotiating with yourself The 80/20 rule The need for perfection Discipline habits Stopping the internal arguments   Show Notes Today I want to take some time to talk about something really important: the space between where you are and where you want to go. Each step of the process within this space is so different; from thinking about what you want, to planning what you want, creating a habit, and beyond. A lot of people, myself included, tend to get caught in this space and find themselves negotiating with their goals rather than working towards them. This episode intention is to help you recognize where you are negotiating with yourself, and inspire you to continue to push the needle in the direction of your goals. 333: NO Might Be The Answer You Need To Get What You Want

In This Episode You Will Learn About: Why it’s so important to validate ourselves first How I searched for outside validation Powerful quotes on validation Where to go when the answer is NO Keeping your energy clean + checking in with yourself Mantras to say that will help   Resources: Check out: The Bliss Project March 2019 Fast Foundations Mastermind Where Do We Go by Lindsey Stirling   Show Notes In today’s quickie, I really wanted to talk about validation. I have been thinking SO much about validation and what it means lately, so I knew I had to share. The word validation tends to get a bad reputation because it drives us to gain approval from others– we still have to remember that we need to validate ourselves. Seeking the validation from others and then getting it doesn’t actually make us happy if we don’t love and approve ourselves. 330: What Messages Are Your Feelings Trying To Tell You?

In This Episode You Will Learn About: How we apply our own meaning to things A quote I’ve been loving right now How to view the season you may be in The season I’ve been in   Resources: Check out: The Bliss Project March 2019 Fast Foundations Mastermind   Show Notes I have this theory that whenever I’m not in the place or headspace I want to be in, I try and find someone else that is in that place. It’s super important to me to find someone to speak that life back into me, and honestly, sometimes it isn’t even about the words– it’s about the vibration. Nothing is out there actually making us feel a certain way, it’s actually us taking it in and applying our own meaning to it. If we could all really look at ourselves and the season that we’re in, it’s important to remember that space is truly just a visitor– some stay longer than others, but they will leave.
