Our only job is to stay in joy. Sometimes we are so far from it that we don’t even know what it would look like to be in joy. So to be in joy we need to focus on what fulfills us and what makes us proud of ourselves. Whether it’s taking your vitamins, putting that voodoo doll down or meditating, take all the steps to focus on the good you can do for yourself and in the world. I hope today’s quickie serves as a reminder or way for you to be able to get back to the heart-centered reason of WHY you’re working on your dreams.
