Auston Cook is a successful real estate investor, developer, and entrepreneur. He holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Michigan and is an avid outdoorsman, particularly enjoying mountain climbing. He began his career in sales, selling solar panels, and eventually transitioned to the insurance industry. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for real estate and decided to pursue it as a career. In this episode, Auston shares his journey from selling solar panels to become a developer specializing in single-family residential homes and acquiring 16 double lots in less than a year. Diego Corzo is an entrepreneur, realtor, and real estate investor based in Austin, Texas. He has now been featured in Forbes, CNN Money, Inc.com, Entreprenuer.com, Fox News, Telemundo, and Univision.
