Tony and Sara are well known in the world of real estate investing, and we are actually glad that both Tony and Sara Robinson were on our show as we talked all about their success as a couple, not only on the short-term rental side but also in their businesses. They talked about how they run and grow their businesses and what they were able to discover about each other as they worked together. We also talked about having the CEO mindset and how building a solid team would achieve that, the goal of taking control of everyone’s time, the value you’d get from having an org chart, and what their future goals look like.
