Radical Transformation from Fat to Fit!

In August of this year, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition in the Mens Physique category.  It was there I met my guest Nicholas Kelley and his brother Adam Kelley.  Nick's story was so fascinating I had to share it.  Nick went from being over 350 lbs to competing in a bodybuilding show at around 5% bodyfat.  Adam is a personal trainer and Nick's coach.   The three of us discuss the science of how Nick made such a radical transformation.    Check out this before and after pic:https://www.instagram.com/p/CRmXM00LZ8b/ My Fit TribeWhere each episode devles into unique experience and knowledge about body mind and spiritListen on: Apple Podcasts   Spotify
