Consuming Animal Spagyrics to Learn Life Lessons

Israel "Raven" Ruiz was introduced to the ancient art of alchemy in Taos, New Mexico. In this episode he shares stories of animals showing up in front of him dying as if they were asking to be transmuted into spagyrics. He talks about how we can learn powerful life lessons from taking them in, how this differs from homeopathy, the difference between plant, mineral, and animal spagyrics, the lessons that we can learn from the red fox, the cicada, and the tarantula. This is a very esoteric show so if you enjoy that sort of thing you will love this conversation! CLF Protocol: Luminescent Lipofuscin and What to Do About It

In 2019 I designed a health protocol that was based on my previous 10 years of research and experience with nutrition, supplements and health technology. I recorded one show summarizing my CLF Protocol several years ago but I figured it is time to do a deep dive into each of its three parts, starting with lipofuscin. In this solo show I share information that i've never talked about nor seen anyone else talk about regarding lipofuscin and specifically its relationship to polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) intake and vitamin E. I talk about what lipofuscin is, who I learned about it from, what light it emits when it gets hit with ultraviolet light, why its harmful to our health, and the solutions i've found to slow its accumulation and even stimulate its removal.
