Kwame Afrani is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer and Real Estate Investor. He started investing in Windsor, ON in 2019. He specializes in student rentals as his primary real estate investing model but also dabbles in family rentals and other types of investing. He has been able to grow his portfolio via the use of creative financing techniques like private mortgages, promissory notes etc while maintaining 100% ownership.
